We had water stains and 'general' dirt on our front porch indoor-outdoor carpet. Easy to schedule with and they confirmed mutliple times......helpful to have those reminders. I received a phone call when they were on their way (again: HELPFUL!) . The two guys who arrived were polite, well spoken, explained everything clearly and were very efficient about doing the actual cleaning. The porch looks much better and I think they might have actually gotten the water stains out.......They also told us what to expect and how to care for the space in the next 24 hours when it is drying. Another plus: no nasty residual smells. I like these guys and will use them again.

They truly left the job better then when they arrived. 10 of 10, no complaints, will highly recommend!
