Robert texted the day of my appointment when on his way, was punctual, respectful & professional. He did a great job, explained all the work, was clean & neat while doing the work & explained the invoice charges. I appreciated receiving before & after photos too. - OMOwenP MoranNov 13, 20255.0Earlier this year, we had Stanley Steamer come out and clean our dryer vent. Well the dryer sent a signal to clean the vent. When I did take the vent off the back of the dryer and the stand pipe and vent was soaked with water and the vent was completely clogged. They cleaned from the inside out and not outside in. The vent on the roof was completely clogged. I called Superior Air Duct Cleaning, they came out the same day. The tech was extremely courteous and professional. He went up onto the roof and cleaned the vent the right way. Showed me how clogged the vent was left from the previous company. I cannot thank them enough to have piece of mind for my home. I really appreciate the professionalism and customer service they took to get this done. I fully recommend Superior Air Duct Cleaning for anyone getting their air ducts cleaned. We had them also clean the HVAC ducts for.our house. Thank you again.

The before and after pictures were quite impressive and was informed the vacuum they use is more powerful than competitors and it shows. Rich was very friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. With all of us having allergies, he told me we would notice the difference and breathe easier and is true. We'll be using them again in 5 years when we're due for another cleaning.

The gentlemen who preformed the cleaning even found towels the contractor stuff in a vent doing a remodel. He also show3d me how to open and close the vents to give different rooms more or less heat. I would definitely recommend them for air duct cleaning.
