- SWSamora Wray3 days ago1.0I will preface this by saying that I have purchased furniture from this store for over 10 years and have had very pleasant experiences. Labor day 2025 we purchased a complete bedroom set, mattress & recliner. The items would not be in and available for delivery until November 22, 2025 due to where the furniture they offer is ordered from and longer wait times. Despite the extensive wait time we purchased. 11/18/25 VCF called and confirmed delivery of all pieces. 11/19/25 VFC text & email confirmation that all pieces were arriving as scheduled. 11/20/25 less than 24 hours before delivery I get a call that only the mattress is available and the other items will NEVER be available with no other explanation than a crass "sorry about that". We removed furniture, painted and prepped the room and I've been paying for the undelivered furniture on my VCF card since September. Where I was previously able to get an associate on the phone with no problem, today no such luck. Wait times over 60 minutes. After an hour wait customer care advised that the store location I purchased from which is Mechanicsburg, PA will be closing and liquidating, and they will be receiving no further inventory. So that is why I am not getting what I ordered, but they couldn't tell me that before today. Now I have to go through hoops of calling to get my refund for all of the items purchased. Beyond disgusted.

I got there as soon as I could make it and got turned away empty-handed. Very displeased with the experience overall the response of the customer service center was absolutely terrible.

He has been in the bed/mattress business for quite some time and knows what he is needed for your personal sleeping style. My son is also going to buy one from here and Tom helped him through the choices. We are very happy with our selection and are sleeping more comfortably than before. The only other bed I was comfortable with was also from Value City, and I like this bed just as much if not more.
