  I got the san clemente queen size bed, with the king coil mattress, and the san clement chest. I'm very happy with the product. It's good quality. Not cheap, and not crazy expensive. I paid 3756.53 for all 3. Bed frame, mattress, and chest. With delivery and set up. I live in a small apartment and the queen size fits just right.

  My experience of buying furniture from Raymore and Flanigan. I went into the Mechanicsburg's store Saturday Oct 5th 2025 and looked around the store. My wife and I found a sectional we liked and spoke to the salesman Kurt Moore who gladly sold us the sectional and told us the furniture would come in on Oct 14th but no later than Oct 21st 2025. I called the store on Oct 21st to see if I could pick up my furniture and was told it was not there and they weren't sure when it would be in. I was not happy with the fact that the salesman mislead me into believing my furniture would be there on Oct 21st 2025. I have been contacted MIKE on Oct 21st 2025 who is the person who tracks the furniture orders from the warehouses who had told me my furniture was on backorder, and it would be here by Nov, 11th 2025. Well just spoke with Mike today Nov. 11th and now my furniture won't be here until Nov 20th 2025. I would caution people buying furniture from Raymore and Flanigan since their staff has no clue when furniture will be in the warehouse or available for the customer to pick up.

  Awful experience with this store so far. I ordered furniture two weeks ago with this store. They stated it would be in for pick up by the following Tuesday. Around noon that Tuesday, I called before coming in to make sure that the pieces were ready for pick up. They said they were not delivered and asked me to come in the following week. Fast forward to today, I call the salesperson directly to ensure the furniture is ready. It seemed like he wasn’t working today but assured me if I go in to the customer service desk, they will get me my pieces. Since he wasn’t at work (so it seemed, as he answered with just a “hello”) I called Raymour and Flanigan but I accidentally called the Harrisburg store and spoke to a kind woman who said they were indeed at the Mechanicsburg store ready for pick up. Great. I go into the store today and customer service tells me to “drive around back and someone will be out” with my furniture. Yay, finally! WRONG. This is now the third person today that has told me my furniture is ready to be picked up. I waited fifteen minutes “out back” and no one had come out. I called the store AGAIN instead of walking back inside and customer service said “they haven’t been out yet? I’ll make sure they do.” Ok. I’m losing my patience. Five minutes later someone comes outside and says “sorry but we do not have your furniture. You can pick them up next Tuesday” This is now the second week in a row that they have told me to wait again another week. On my way back home I call their customer service AGAIN.. I wanted to make sure they will actually be available next week. I wanted more info on what is happening with this overpriced furniture. He states they are “in stock” and “should be” here next week. That’s it. No “sorry” no “why don’t we offer to ship them right to you” .. nothing. I would highly suggest going somewhere else for furniture. I’ve had way better luck and customer service on Facebook Marketplace.

  Easy shopping experience. I was able to find a couch in a style I liked at a reasonable price quickly. I went from looking to purchasing and out the door in under 45 min.

  Alex, our salesman, was very friendly and not pushy. He helped us find the perfect kitchen table for us. We will definitley go back for our future needs.
