Well trying to get a hold of anyone has been a fun process. First it says you can make a simple claim online, which I did, did not hear anything and weeks went by. I called the number listed for the protection plan and unable to speak to anyone, left a message. No call back. I finally call the store and told I will get an email or text for setting up an appt. Nothing happens. Call back the store two days later and set up a day and was told I would get a message about my time frame window. Nothing and it’s the day of appt. Tried called the service line, no one available, only able to leave a message. What good is a protection plan if you can’t use it. Totally unprofessional.
