Randee was my salesperson and was wonderful: they were very patient with me and my wild 1.5yr old that tagged along. Checked in on me a few times but not smothering in any way. Very knowledgeable, genuine, and kind. Offered the baby a toy and small bottle of water to help distract her as we got through the sale. The manager whose name i cannot remember was also great. She introduced herself right away to help with an exchange i was doing. Overall i cannot say enough. Oxford valley will be my new preferred location to shop for furniture pieces
