  Bait and switch! We came in and were given the "sale price" that would be good until the end of the week. When we called to make the purchase, we were given the full price. I talked to the same salesperson who quoted the price and was told that the price was only for that day. I was also told we could have a tiny percentage off the item (not what we were quoted). The salesperson and the manager didn't care to honor the quote. We'll never be back.

  Great experience from Randee in the showroom all the way to the delivery drivers. Randee stayed in touch with us thru the whole process. Love the new recliners. We will definitely be going back to see her when we have a need for something else.

  We recently purchased an ottoman. Randee was great with information on product and called to follow up making sure delivery was satisfactory also. We love the ottoman. Very well built with so much storage space.

  I recently went to Raymour & Flanigan and had the pleasure of working with sales associate Randee Fisher. I dreaded the thought of shopping for a new mattress but Randee made the experience easy! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses and explained all the pros and cons of each one. She narrowed down the models that had attributes important to me, then gave me plenty of time and space to try them all and choose the one that was best for me. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed, she offered advice sparingly but intuitively. The mattress was delivered 2 days later and I love it! With Randee’s help, I definitely chose the right one!

  I gave Raymour and Flanagan several chances, I will never buy from them again. Their furniture is of poor quality. A brand new recliner shouldn’t look 10 years old after sitting on it in a day,. After several phones calls and pictures sent they exchanged it with the same issues on the right side arm like the first one had. Two months prior we bought a bedroom set also had issues the nightstand draw was broken they sent us a new one and within a day it did the same thing as the first one which my husband had to fix. They have Big problems with their quality control with their furniture. Buyer Beware
