  Worst customer service ever both in store and via phone. Ordered sofa in store to be delivered 11/22 before Thanksgiving. never got email or text confirmation of delivery date. Furniture not delivered on date we were promised , and then we were told that it was a glitch in the “new” system. Dropped $3,000 on furniture and could not get customer service to handle the delivery issues so we went to Langhorne store where we met with our original sales person who told us we were being rude. I said excuse me we are consumers asserting our rights re: payment and contractual obligation pursuant to which this store was to deliver our sofa on 11/22 and we get hung up on can’t get through to customer service and get promised call backs from sales associate with delivery updates that just never happened. Just wild! Never shopping here again online and certainly not in person. Zero customer service follow up or accountability but will gladly take your money then sales associate complains that they are as upset as we are because they don’t get commission until furniture is delivered which sounds like a “you problem” not customer service.

  Purchasing furniture from this place has been an absolute headache. When our scheduled delivery was hours late we called and were told they were just running late and that they were coming. When they still hadn’t shown up at 6pm they finally told us they were not coming and the delivery was rescheduled for the following week. Delivery day comes and yet again no couch is delivered. This was two Saturdays completely wasted. At this point, we are ready to cancel but speak with Zach the store manager who tells us he will reduce the price by 20%. He said he’d call back later that day…he never did. The couch was finally delivered on the third scheduled date. We have still not received our refund. We call and they say it’s coming. Two weeks later we call when and speak to Zach who puts me on hold and then transfers me to someone else who apologizes that the refund was never submitted and I would get the refund in 5-7 business days. They told me they would call back once everything was submitted and confirmed and again they never did. I call back 7 business days later to see what is going on, spoke with Zach who offered no apology. He just put me on hold and transferred me to another employee….it seems this is all he is good for. She again does not apologize, just lists off a bunch of excuses and assures me she will call me back in two days. At this point, I wish we had just canceled the order the first time it didn’t come. This has been the worse customer service everyone I have ever had.

  I had the best experience working with Randee at Raymour & Flanigan! She was so attentive and really listened to what I needed. She helped me pick out the perfect bedroom sets and kitchen table, and everything turned out beautiful. Randee even gave me her phone number and checked in on delivery day and my moving day to make sure it all went smoothly. Truly above and beyond service — I’ll definitely be back to shop with her again!

  My purchase at this store was seamless. Thanks to our Sales Rep Randee, she was phenomenal. We ordered a special order sectional and we received our order before the scheduled delivery date. Randee kept me informed every week while we waited for our Calvin sectional to come in. She gave me the best price during the Labor Day Event. Randee went above and beyond to make us happy customers. If you're shopping for new furniture, I highly recommend that you go see Randee at the Langhorne. PA store.

  I had a great experience with a sales lady here I forgot her name but she was short with dark hair very sweet and nice and extremely helpful. After visiting 4 different locations where I experienced less than ideal customer service both in Philadelphia and Bucks I landed at this gem the store is incredible and you would never know but also the staff members I met were just as awesome! If I remember your name imma call the store and tell the manager about my incredible experience. I told her this is my new furniture store I loved everything in this location.
