3 month old VERY EXPENSIVE sofa with pilling and nap wear. Nap wear is covered under their 1 year warranty. Customer service told me to use a fabric shaver, and claimed that it would not harm the fabric. No other resolution offered. Repeated shaving over time can thin out the fibers or change the texture of the fabric. On high-friction areas (like seat cushions) — Repeated shaving may cause uneven wear or expose the backing fabric.

bought a recliner in august as i recently became disabled and needed a better option than the couch. delivery date was the first problem as i was called late on tuesday night saying they forgot to put my chair on truck so wont be there till saturday. by mid september the chair began to creak n make a popping sound when i’d shift. then the footrest bracket became loose and footrest leans right. also the entire chair rocks n moves and is not smooth to operate at all. i contacted service right away and had a virtual appointment and was told someone would contact me to set up. no one ever called. so i called a different number and was told the system was recently updated and i would need to be entered back in for a claim. service tech said everything is fine, which clearly is not, and was told to go to store to talk. sene email to sales person and never heard back. had to drive out there and bring to their attention and was told someone that i would hear something the following week, 10/19-10/25, no one called. sent another email on 10/27 and no response. for $1100 i thought i was receiving a quality made american piece of furniture. instead i was given something that is either defective or someone’s return or perhaps the quality of their products has significantly dropped off. the customer service has been very poor and i couldn’t be more disappointed. save yourself money and the run around they give you and shop anywhere else for a recliner.

The staff was very helpful. I was buying a recliner for my husband who had a stroke. Told them what I was looking for and they pointed out different options. They even helped me bring my husband in with a wheelchair to check it out for himself. He said it was perfect for what he needed. Thank you for your kindness.

Sometimes it's scary buying furniture. Walking into the store and seeing all the choices was a bit overwhelming but we were met immediately by a lovely lady who asked if she could help us. After determining what we were looking for, she pointed us in the right direction. Whew that eliminated half of the store where we would have wandered aimlessly. And then she stepped away leaving us to shop in peace. There was no rush. We tested sofas and chairs for comfort getting a feel for different styles. Then from across the floor I spotted a style that was different from anything else on the floor. It drew me in and cuddled me when I sat in it. It was leather which I had always avoided and black which was a bit jarring at first. I am moving from a three bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment. The stairs have defeated me. My daughter and I looked at each other. We started asking each other questions then looked around with more questions. The lovely lady moved in with the information we needed. Because I live alone and have difficulty moving around, getting out of a seat is equally important as comfort. This seat released me smoothly and I was much relieved. But I had always been leery of leather. So I went and sat in a cloth version of the same seat. I had difficulty trying to pull the handle for the footrest. Yes, I'm a little old lady with a walker. The leather version had a mechanized footrest. Then I tried getting up from the cloth seat. It pulled at my clothes when I tried to get out of it and the fog in my brain cleared. The leather was what I needed at this stage of my life. Our lovely lady Alicia stepped back in to suggest some of the options available and answer more questions. We were able to choose things that were available immediately and brought the cost down. And viola! They could deliver to the new apartment even though it was two hours away and in another state. A five year warranty was a cherry on the top. And some of my things would go with the new furniture easily making decorating a cinch. I handed over my card and holy cow! I have new furniture. My old sofa was 38 years old and would not fit into the new apartment so it was time for a new one. And La-Z-Boy and Alicia made it easy.
