  Mary Ellen in the Lancaster store from the first moment understood exactly what we needed, which is a king size bed for a guestroom. made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and for the best price we could. We were just beginning our mattress and bed searchand walked out of the store the happy owners of a new bed that we look forward to enjoying when we visit our children! an absolute treasure, and you are lucky to have her and we were lucky that she approached us as we walked in the store.

  Denyse greeted us right away and was really helpful. We explained that I was looking for a small accent/reading chair for a challenging space in a city row home — a little nook with constraints of a radiator on one side, shelves on the other. She let us roam a bit on our own and then led us to a perfect cozy, rounded chair that could be customized with the fabric of our choice. A custom order wasn’t on my radar and, admittedly, it’s a little more than I planned to spend, but it was a wise buy in the end. (We hopefully will have more space one day, so this chair is a nice investment for future rooms, too.)

  Emily was extremely helpful and in no way a 'pushy salesperson'. Very knowledgeable about different items we were looking at. Highly recommend looking her up if you're in the market for new furniture

  If you like being ripped off, shop Raymour and Flanagan🤮We went to the Lancaster Park City store on 11/11/2025 to check out the recliners we ordered online. We decided to exchange for another pair more expensive. Tom the salesman and Michael the manager said they could cancel our online order. Guess what it was never canceled and it's 12/17/2025 . We do not recommend shopping there. We want our $2,600 put back on the credit card and it's theft of services. Also we canceled the couch we ordered at Raymour, Luckily, since we saw refund still not taken off. ✨️Update ✨️Thank you 🌞Nicki from customer service said she fixed the charge ...To Tom and Michael No thank you🫠

  Our experience with Raymour and Flanigan was less than spectacular through a series of events in their control and outside of their control. My husband and I ordered a crib and a dresser on 10/11 from the store at Park City Mall. They indicated they had just gotten a new computer system and were working out some kinks. We scheduled delivery for 10/19. We received the text with the times they were to deliver the furniture and they never showed up. After contacting the store, they indicated it was an issue with the new system and we rescheduled delivery for 10/26. On 10/26, the delivery showed up, but only had the dresser and indicated that they did not have the crib to deliver. After us contacting the store again, we rescheduled the crib to be delivered on 11/2. When they showed up to deliver the crib on 11/2, they set it up… and it had a crack in the wood! We had to again contact the store and had to reschedule a fourth attempt to get the crib fixed. They were supposed to come on 11/9 to fix the crib. On 11/8, we received a phone call saying the crib was now “out of stock” and they were not sure when they would get the piece to be able to fix the crib. After a back and forth with the store, they indicated they would deliver the new piece and repair the crib on 11/23. When the truck arrived on 11/23, they brought the incorrect piece for the crib, so yet again, we had to contact the store about the mistake. We finally were able to get confirmation that they would replace the entire crib on 11/30. On 11/30, we finally were able to get our crib delivered correctly. Throughout the process, we were refunded the delivery fee, and compensated $100 for our troubles. They also indicated that they would compensate us another time; however that was several weeks ago and we have not seen that money returned to our bank account. It took approx. six different attempts to be able to get our furniture delivered correctly (taking up six different days we had to be home for delivery) with communication and follow through from Raymour and Flanigan being less than ideal.
