    I went to Lancaster, Raymour & Flannigan and dealt with someone at first and then Brent was AMAZING. he literally assisted us every step of the way by being very accommodating and patient and savvy. If youre on the market for furniture in the area please go see Brent...he will help you grom beginning to end. Good luck everyone

    Bought living room furniture November 6 with a November 12 delivery date. Donated my old furniture on November 11. Called on November 12 to see what time and was informed that I wouldn’t be getting a delivery. Called today to see where my furniture is and was informed that I wouldn’t be seeing it until sometime after Thanksgiving.

    I would have liked to give 5 stars, but because of the sales person I can't. It felt like once she had my money she didn't want to talk to me. The rest of the team were great, customer service people were great. There was a problem with my chair, so I had to deal with the repair department as well. He ended up replacing my chair instead of repairing it, which was great. The delivery guys were great.

    We ordered a custom couch and loveseat in September. We were told they do not offer discounts for special orders (I found one online shortly after) and the original salesperson boasted that they “deliver quickly.” We were told to expect 4-6 weeks, and then told the delivery would be the 5th of November. As of today, our order is currently “in a truck somewhere in a parking lot,” according to one of the people working at the front desk. There has been no communication, no initiated apologies, no reasonable excuses, and no true estimation of when we will see the couch and loveseat. No manager has reached out to acknowledge the absurdity of it being over 7 weeks later with no delivery date in sight. Today’s phone call resulted in us being told it will “not be here this upcoming week, I’m sorry.” During this time our salesperson went out on medical leave and we were not even told. We are not even certain we will be receiving the couch and loveseat at this point. I have yet to be forwarded to customer care, though I have asked, and all-together this has been the worst experience with a furniture company we have ever had.

    Too bad I can’t put a negative star rating! This is the saddest excuse for a customer service team I have ever seen! Their complete lack of accountability and concern is laughable! They will say anything to get your sale! From the beginning working with Raymore was a disaster! The initial error was that the employee lied and told us that we would be able to get friends and family discount on two couch sets (INCLUDING A DISCOUNT SET) Yes! We went to him and triple checked that it was correct and he assured us it was! Well when we went in to receive the friends and family discount we were slapped in the face when they said that the discount furniture did not qualify! At this point we didn’t care too much and proceeded with our orders! (Only because we didn’t know how bad it would get! Or I would have canceled my order right then!) The second couch came in with a piece damaged so they were going to reorder it. They said approx 1-2 weeks for delivery. I called back in the second week and they told me it would be in “early next week” …so I called next week and then they said “late this week or early the following week”…finally I called in at the end of the week and to my surprise they told me that all of the pieces were in and the couch was ready for delivery! So they scheduled my delivery! Because I was skeptical I called back to next day to verify that they had all the pieces! And this was then the SECOND employee to tell me that all of the pieces were IN AND READY TO SHIP! So I was in shock when I got a call late the night before delivery to tell me that they DO NOT HAVE THE MISSING PIECE!!!!!!! I called back and we agreed to deliver the rest of the couch while we wait for the still missing piece. While talking with this employee he called the delivery team supervisor and verified that the missing piece would be in my living room on Wednesday! So we received a text saying we were scheduled for delivery and even got a time slot! WELL! our time slot came and went and NO COUCH PIECE! Or even a courtesy call!! So I called the store and they proceed to tell me that my furniture IS NOT EVEN ON THE TRUCK!!!!!!!!! Shop elsewhere! And save yourself time and headaches!
