We had a snag with the manufacturer of our first choice of oven, and they worked diligently to find us something that would still fit our family’s needs and was the perfect choice. In addition, they were incredibly responsive when we thought we had a leak (which turns out to be our own gas connection, most definitely not the new oven) which they quickly located and repaired for us! Will absolutely return for future appliances!
