- ANAnna NDec 30, 20251.0The reason for my one star is not because of the store itself but the warehouse workers. We drove up to the warehouse and all 5 boys were just standing around, on their phones and staring at us. My dad had to tell them we were there to pick something up and They just put the stuff down and my dad had to climb into his car and pack everything up by himself and he is older and struggles. They were not helpful and a few of them left to go home, sped their cars out of the parking lot, instead of helping my dad. They also are supposed to be open until 5:30 and the last boy worker left told my dad they were going to close at 5:15 after my dad told him he was going to be coming back to get another pickup. My dad and I did not catch their names but they were all on the younger side. Either teenagers or early 20s. My concern is my dad is an older gentleman who had to do that on his own. If ederly people come to pick up orders they will not be able to do it on their own which is a shame because the store inside and the customer service inside the store was incredible.
