- NFNicole Fahringer5 days ago1.0The Harrisburg location is the absolute worst place I have ever attempted to conduct business. I would not recommend buying anything from this location. The workers are incompetent, and you will have a good chance of not even receiving your furniture that you purchased. They are extremely unorganized and have excuses left and right for their incompetence. I purchased a dining room set. They told me it could be picked up one week from when I purchased it. The day I was supposed to pick it up I called the store ahead of time to make sure it was there and ready for me to pick up and they said yes it was so my husband and I drove there to find out only half of the order (only the table) was there to be picked up. Two weeks later I got a phone call from them telling me the chairs were actually out of stock the entire time. So for one whole month, I was waiting for the rest of my purchase and it took them an entire month to realize it wasn’t even in stock. They are a mess and I would not recommend doing any business with them for any reason. UPDATE: The table was returned more than 2 weeks ago and I still have not received credit for my purchase!!!! Totally INCOMPETENT workers!

On that particular day, it was the Store Manager who brought the box to our car at the back of the store! Great customer service! Love the bench! I also recently purchased a chair for our living room. Tim H. was my sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about the store and its inventory plus he had a a great sales style. Thank you Tim. The chair looks fantastic and is very comfortable! Delivery experience was excellent as well!
