    We went in to look around, we had never been to a R & F store before. The sales associate Kyle D was young and energetic in the best way. Better yet, he had an excellent knowledge of the inventory and options available. He was well trained and a pleasure to work with. We called to order a few days later and his coworker Ryan (I apologize if I got this name wrong) took care of us as it was Kyle's day off. They worked together as a team, they even both helped us load the furniture as we bought something marked "floor clearance" and picked it up ourselves a day or two later.Great experience all around. My husband and I were impressed with the professionalism of these two people, the store was in great shape and the overall experience was easy with no pressure. thanks to R & F, you have excellent employees.     On October 11th I placed an order for a dresser and chest with an advertised delivery of 2 to 4 weeks and a total of approximately $789. After 3 weeks with zero communication or updates, I called the local store and was advised by a Salesman that only one piece was in but I should receive a call the following week to schedule delivery. After 7 weeks I again called my local store and asked to cancel the order for I was no longer interested in waiting. I was assured that the order was canceled and refund processed which would take a couple days to be credited back to my account. I had attempted to call the customer service line and after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes gave up. On Sunday November 30 I again called customer care with the full knowledge and intention that I would sit on hold until someone answered the phone. After 35 minutes, a representative answered and asked for the information which I provided. She then asked me to hold while she did the research. After 15 minutes she came back on the line and said that indeed the local store had canceled the order however did not process a refund. I was stunned that was even possible but I was assured that she processed the refund. On Tuesday December 2nd I visited my local store and spoke to the customer service rep who could not find evidence of my call with customer care on Sunday. She sent an email and assured me that the refund would be processed as soon as possible. I still have not received the refund.

    The Harrisburg location is the absolute worst place I have ever attempted to conduct business. I would not recommend buying anything from this location. The workers are incompetent, and you will have a good chance of not even receiving your furniture that you purchased. They are extremely unorganized and have excuses left and right for their incompetence. I purchased a dining room set. They told me it could be picked up one week from when I purchased it. The day I was supposed to pick it up I called the store ahead of time to make sure it was there and ready for me to pick up and they said yes it was so my husband and I drove there to find out only half of the order (only the table) was there to be picked up. Two weeks later I got a phone call from them telling me the chairs were actually out of stock the entire time. So for one whole month, I was waiting for the rest of my purchase and it took them an entire month to realize it wasn’t even in stock. They are a mess and I would not recommend doing any business with them for any reason. UPDATE: The table was returned more than 2 weeks ago and I still have not received credit for my purchase!!!! Totally INCOMPETENT workers!
