    The overall delivery experience was fantastic. Dante tried very hard to get the couch to fit but it ultimately did not. They were very hard working and professional with the entire situation. Once we went in person to find another couch, Shea helped us tremendously to find the right fit. Nick and Karyn were a big help with the return and finance. Awesome people to work with !! Highly recommended.

    Excelente servicio y dedicación a cada cliente hasta encontrar lo que deseas, su profesionalismo los hace ver como magos que adivinan tu gusto. Desde de caminar toda la tienda y ver la frustración en la cara de mi esposa, estaba a punto de darme por vencido; hasta que el joven buscó en su página y encontró algo que mi esposa dijo, ese es!!! Valió la pena esperar a que lo fabricaron. Ahora estamos super felices. Gracias Raymour & Flanigan, son los mejores 100%

    Shea Zimmerman was wonderful and very informational and very patient, Such a love. We had a wind on something different. But it was kind of out of our pocket. Range, and then she got us something that my mother absolutely loves $40. Cheaper, thank you, Shea, thank you so much.

    Ordered a set of end tables at the Mechanicsburg store, I was told they would be ordered and shipped and arrive in one week. Store told me to just pick them up the following Thursday (total of 9 days). Went to the further away store ( Harrisburg) to pick them up, only to be told they were not ordered correctly and would ship the table to my house for the following Monday (4 days). I receive an confirmation email on Sunday that the tables would be delivered between 9-12 the next day (Monday). I receive a phone call at 7:10 a.m. Monday that the tables were not 'ordered' properly, and I can't get the table until at least Friday. This store can't do anything correctly, and I can't trust anything they are telling me on when of if the tables are going to arrive. This is really extremely poor order handling, and extremely poor communication from the staff and store. Getting 2 end tables shouldn't take this long for a company that just expanded with a new store and should have their processes down on how to get their furniture to the customer in a timely and efficient manner. Extremely poor customer service form the salesman to the staff coordinating the orders. Totally disappointed with them and will not shop there again. UPDATE I decided to take the tables back to the Mechanicsburg store on Saturday, and walked in to talk with a manager about the horrible experience we were having so far. I explained to him what was going on with the issues with the ordering and processing of these tables, and we were very frustrated at this point with the store's handling of our order. The manager then says to me 'Why don't you take a breath' while I am explaining to him the issues. That truly set me off, I was not being loud or talking fast or out of control, he just decided I needed to be treated like a child so he could control the situation. I told him to never tell me to take a breath again, and he needed to get my order either cancelled or corrected immediately. He then backtracked and went to look at what was done on the order, but then said they couldn't take the tables at this store since they don't have a setup to take them (what!?! a furniture store that can't take furniture back!?!). After quite a while, he stated that the tables had to be reordered (again!!!) and that the tables would be delivered on Monday, March 15th (another delay, pushing the order now out 3 weeks for 2 end tables), but he would find a way to take the tables back since we were having such 'issues'. After another hour, the reordered tables are entered but I am now told I won't get the tables until Tuesday, March 17th. This amount of delay for 2 simple end tables is now to the point of ridiculous. We weren't even offered anything but 'free shipping', which I didn't want, and like that covered anything that we have had to endure as part of this order. All we wanted was to get the end tables in a timely manner, but I had to take personal time, burn gas and more to travel to the Harrisburg store, as well as driving to the Mechanicsburg store multiple times to get this problem resolved along with having to make plans to be at home to be able to accept the delivery. These stores can't do anything correctly, and I can't trust anything they are telling me on when or if the tables are going to arrive. This is really extremely poor order handling, and extremely poor communication and customer service from the staff and store itself. Getting 2 end tables shouldn't take this long for a company that just expanded with a new store and should have their processes down on how to get their furniture to the customer in a timely and efficient manner. I would hate to see what would happen if I had to do a custom specialized order from any of your stores, I would not expect to see the furniture in any specified time frame.

    My family and I were at the Harrisburg location on 2/28. We were welcomed right away by Chyloh. Chyloh was very courteous throughout the duration of our visit. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sofas, and new exactly where each sofa was located within the store that were of interest to us. He was extremely helpful with checkout and able to answer all our questions regarding delivery. However, probably the best thing about Chyloh was, he was not a "pushy salesman"; he gave us our space when needed, but was ready to go to answer any questions we had.
