  Do not take your car to this place the Dan guy is an absolute joke !! My wife took my car to him to get 2 fog lights installed for a birthday gift !! We were told to bring car in and when we arrived the kid looked like he was stoned , could barley keep his eyes open and the guy who we went to told us when we walked in good luck trying to wake him up ??? ( 1st red flag ) then as we’re talking to him he starts talking bout European speakers and talked bout everything except my lights ? Never told us hey I’m busy and it would be weeks before I can do your 2 fog lights !! No he takes my car and keys and 2 weeks later I call him and asked what’s up with my car cause 2 weeks for 2 fog lights seemed excessive !? ! Find out he never touched my car and it sat in the parking lot for 2 weeks never touched !!! He then said that he was busy and had 43 cars to do that was already scheduled and that maybe he can look at it on a Sunday night after all his work is done !! He has the car already !! He then proceeded to bad mouth other establishments that actually do the work they said they would ! I asked other mechanics if this is normal and they all said he should of told us the wait time and never took my car ? Dan then said that I can come get my car and he’ll throw the keys in the gas cap? “”I don’t need a fog light job “”is his exact words !! He said I was trying to smear his name and that was his solution? Not to make it right after you lied and never mentioned you did nothing to my car in 2 weeks !!! This Dan guy is a joke and very unprofessional We are extremely offended and just disappointed in the service or lack there of from the stereo shop Advice is to stay away and take your car to a different location that will be professional and treat people with respect when they are clearly wrong Now I’m stuck waiting on availability because of this joke of an establishment No quote No contracts Just leave your car with him and hope he does it ? Never told us he wasn’t available, instead he takes your car and does no work ? Told us he would leave my keys in my gas cap and leave my car in parking lot And he said one bad review out of 11,000 oh well so what ? Do what makes me happy ? This is the responses we received from Dan after he didn’t do their job after holding my car for 2 plus weeks for a fog light ? We have all the messages in which we are sending to the bbb stay away from Dan at stereo shop

  Dan is the man for all your automotive audio and video needs! Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. He was professional, on time and equipment was better than expected and sounds fantastic! Forgot to mention the price was less than expected. Everything he quoted me was 10% cheaper than I could find online! Tell him Ric C sent ya.

  Awsome place. Great people. Its sad that some people cant get a tv to work and blame everything on others. Probably as bright as your broke tv cause ive never had an issue with these people. They are very knowledgeable about products, helped and suggested things I never thought of. Thanks guys!
