We bought a stack of washer and dryer by looking online and speaking with a sales person. Lynn and Brent were the delivery people and they were excellent. They ran into issues that we were not aware of and they solved them so well! When we buy our next appliance, it will be at cabin Hill appliances!

Went in for the first and last time today. I needed a replacement part for my dryer and was scoffed at for not knowing the part number but literally had the piece in my hand with it etched into it.
The woman helping me was annoyed that she even had to help me. Tested the part I had and said it still worked and refused to sell me a new part. This was after she was confused on how the multimeter worked and had to ask for help on determining if the part was bad or not.
I then tried explaining what was going on with the dryer and she rattled off half a dozen reasons and dismissed me because she “wasn’t a technician” and neither was the guy she talked to.
I would have happily waited to speak to someone who could have helped me but instead I was dismissed without being offered further assistance.

They were very helpful when a part broke on our washing machine. Did not try to sell us a new machine. Instead they recommended just get the part, have it installed and we saved the expense of a new machine. When it comes to appliances and service would not go any where else.
