I would like to begin by acknowledging that the front staff here is excellent; I believe the young man I have conversed with, named Tyler, provides outstanding customer service. However, Josh in accounting needs to improve his communication skills; he is rude, immature, and evidently lacks fundamental interpersonal skills. He would benefit from taking some time to learn from the staff on the sales floor about effective customer service.

Plus the customer service is not the best. They were supposed to pick an up an item last week and they never showed. Then. They are supposed to pick it up today and when I called to ask around what time they were going to come as they did not come last week they said between 2:00 and 4:00. I did not originally hear what they said so I asked him to repeat imself and he gave me an attitude. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.
- BNBLASTED NITOAug 18, 20251.0Horrible service from employee that answers the phones to the ones that make the deliveries we ordered some stuff delivery guys lied said they knocked and left a note on the door but I was by the door all day because I’m disabled at the moment so that was as Friday and then we called to schedule another delivery appointment they said they won’t be able to deliver the furniture until next Friday when it was the employees fault for lying the company definitely need to clean house and if anybody is thinking about getting furniture from here just go somewhere else because your going to be waiting forever.

We ordered a fridge online, where the store was supposed to contact us for delivery, they didn’t and we had to go to store. Come to find out the fridge is completely dented and destroyed but they were willing to take off a few months which was nice. I decided to add a television as well where I can take it home right there and then. While the associate was signing me up for the tv, another customer walked in complaining about their tv and whilst I’m picking up the tv I’m told it’s no longer available it’s going to the other customer and I can wait until next week for their next stock. Completely unprofessional, not willing to help at all. And they will give you destroyed products. And when I was told 2-3 days for delivery I’m waiting 7-8 days

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
