- DFDaniel FisherFeb 18, 20251.0My in laws (in their 70s) were customers with YArnell for many years. YArnell snuck a 5-year commitment into a “technology upgrade” agreement. Then, when they sold their house … YArnell refused to allow them out of their contract. I hope you are proud of your company - sticking to an elderly couple who were long term customers. I know that no one I talk to will get a good reference for YArnell or the new owners Pye Barker. Relationships should trump a few dollars.

We got a camera system about 8 years ago and it worked fine for a while, but then as problems arose, it became more and more difficult to get a resolution. The techs that have come out have tried their best but to no avail. I understand that tech becomes obsolete very quickly, so I tried to see about upgrading or changing the cameras out because as it is now, they are totally useless.My multiple inquiries have yet to be addressed which is very frustrating. Looking for other options now.

He was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and very patient with me while I set up the TC app and arming and disarming the system from my iPhone. Yarnell is fortunate to have him for an employee. Good customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. He gets 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!
