  Chris was fast, efficient, and affordable. I called to schedule an appointment to have a yellow jacket nest removed from one of our rental unit basements. I left a message and he called me back within 30 minutes. He was there the next day and took care of the bees and nest. Professional! Thanks for the great service.

  Send him for a commercial property, and I've never seen someone be so unresponsive in my life. He wouldn't pick up my calls or reply to my texts at all, no update on the work, so let you know beforehand if you face this shit, remember to know about this. His name was Chris

  Overall amazing experience! I called last week and left a message later in the evening, and he called back the next day to schedule an appointment. We scheduled for 9am on Tuesday and he was here at exactly 9am! Very reliable & honest. Pleasant to talk to, very well mannered, and a great person overall. Sprayed my basement, garage, kitchen, and outside of the house in 30 minutes. And for a great price, too! Told me if I have any issues to just give him a call and he’d be back out. Totally recommend Primo Pest Control if you’re looking for an affordable, honest, and reliable person!
