    I ordered blinds for my whole house from this company in 2022. From the get go there were issues. Wrong measurements, messed up valances, poor working wand mechanisms etc.. Communication is horrible at best with this company. I have been battling with them to take care of my concerns for going on 3 yrs since getting my blinds. Recently I made contact once again and learned a new person is in charge. I had what seemed to be a hopeful conversation to address my concerns and was instructed to take photos and email them and it would be referred to the design team and someone would get back to me. It’s been over a month, the email was sent with no acknowledgment of receiving it and no update communication. I forwarded the email again last week…nothing! I feel I am being put off until whatever warranty exists for these blinds expires. I have already been told there would be a fee to have someone come. They do not back their warranty or claim for “excellent customer service”. I am left with blinds that have poorly functioning wands and valences that fall off and that are mismatched throughout the house. I would not recommend doing business with them on any level. I have read other reviews and it is obvious they only publish positive reviews, I cannot believe I am the only customer that has had a poor experience with them. Buyer beware…the word “Budget” in their branding should have been a clue. Horrible product and experience…stay away!

    Budget Blinds was very helpful and professional. Installation was fast and the blinds fit our windows perfectly and we are very pleased with the quality. I would recommend Budget Blonds to my friends and family.

    Beyond happy with my experience with Budget Blinds! The customer service and care was excellent and it was so stress free I would do it again and again! Amazing sales associates made everything so easy and I love the product. I'll be buying from them again!
