Some homeless people brought in two shopping carts full of belongings and left their dog tied to them while they left to go do who knows what. The dog was there for two hours before anyone showed up to check on it. I tried to call the management number twice but no one answered. When it went to voicemail it said the voicemail box had not been set up yet. The bathrooms are always kept locked. Most of the time no one is on site during business hours. There should always be someone on site if the place is open if management isn't going to answer the phone. Too expensive for the poor customer service and general look of the building.
