- CGChristian GiffinNov 10, 20255.0I could not be happier with this place. I’m unsure of their names but I have met 2 ladies and 1 guy and they are all fantastic people. The lady that did my move in was just closing up for the day when I arrived (after closing) and she happily let me in and got me taken care of. My unit was clean and odor free upon move in. I am paying exactly 1/3 of the price I was paying at public storage for a bigger unit! Including insurance! Literally blew my mind how much I was overpaying. Customer service here is far superior to the other place. The guy is really nice and friendly when I come pay my rent. The young lady is my hero, she stayed late for me so I wouldn’t get a late fee. I can’t say enough good things about the business. Best bang for your buck, period. Rock on!

I had to go to the unit to begin preparation for a move and was unable to get in the unit because the lock had been changed. It turned out there had been some break ins recently and at no time was that communicated to me, That is more than a bit of a fail to me.
