However, i had hunted down this store location because online advised that there was a walnut cracker tool sold here. I asked the clerk for help in locating this. They took me to Christmas decorations where i more specifically explained what sore of nutcracker I was seeking. This person insisted they had nothing like what I was asking about. I insisted their online site said they did have it. I asked to see the kitchen goods. She took me there and lo and behold, there it was. But... also referred to as a crab cracker. I took my item and went to get in line to pay..... when I realized that the line to the clerk was about 30 people deep. My grandson and I looked at each other and realized that we could not spend the time in line to make this purchase. So after all that, we left empty handed. More staff please.
