Keith has been rude every time I have called about anything. There was no follow up calls after I purchased it to ask how things were going, no thank you for buying from us when I easily could have gone across the street to Emerald pool. 3 weeks ago our hot tub cracked where they had installed and easy lift cover, Keith was very rude and said that I should have known the hot tub cover would absorb water and break the shell and said it wasn't covered under the warranty. He said he might come out and look at it if he happens to be in the Springfield area. I love my hot tub and will buy another one when this one wears out but it definitely will not be from Keith and Eugene Hot tub. Do yourself a favor and buy local somewhere else.
