First conversation great, ordered that’s day! The delivery drivers were fun, talkative & nice, a cord was forgotten assured it be there shortly but I went to pick it up so they could finish their routes no biggie, but the TV and JBL preleased yes did not have remotes so downloaded on phone what a inconvenience it was and became, husband called for the week so furniture can be picked back up and was given a few week date so our home has been in shambles due to set crowding living room and other set being used too! Cannot get anyone to return his calls though it seems as it’s “nose goes” to answer his call he continues. I thought Aaron’s was gonna be the right choice for a better looking inventory than RAC but we are wrong we miss RAC never was disrespected from RAC. Unfortunately we are still keeping a couple items from them but we won’t buy again from them and try pay off quickly.

Very happy with the customer service as well as the affordable pricing and flexible payment options. I've rented from places like this b4 but never had this kind of customer dedication. Thank u Aaron's team 4 making sure none of my breakable were damaged :). Once I get my bed paid off I might get something else once finances improve again. Thank u again! Customer service is a joke!!! Been waiting for a call back to get a couch for a month now because the original one was too big and the Male manager talks to women in a very condescending way until there is a Male present. I have called multiple times and nothing has happened and I've already put down a down payment. OVER IT!!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
