- VKV KnightMar 20, 20193.0I've always had a great experience with easy home until the most recent product that I had how to glitch and unfortunately it took a few days longer than I think it should have for somebody to at least get back to me and let me know what was going on I buy a lot of things from this company I just open the restaurant on Saturday and my uniforms and my clothes for my grand opening we're stuck in this machine and I was told that it would take a while because they subcontract their repairs out which they neglected to tell me so needless to say my clothes were locked in the machine and I could not get them out finally there were there delivery guys came out this morning and rip the door off for the old one to get my clothes out and finally brought me a replacement to use I guess my issue now is I paid for a washer I really could use for a few days not to mention because they failed to tell me that their repairs are subcontracted out out of town that hindered and affect my grand opening in my business it made me look bad and embarrassing in front of the public on my first day of opening I've got my things out now but grand opening was a week ago and I have yet to be offered compensation for this huge disruption and the most disappointing part was that I had to keep calling up to them to find out what was going on with my machine because somebody couldn't take the time of day to drop me a 1 minute phone call to apologize and at least fill me in on what was going on so I was extremely disappointed on how this matter was handled but up until this point their business was impeccable
