The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were fast efficient and very personable, great job guys, also Adrian who sold me the mattress did a great job of explaining its better qualities. The apt for the delivery works very well, tracks the trucks location etc so i could prepare for their arrival. All in all an A+ experience

Took advantage of the boxing week sale with some major purchases.
Purchased an in wall fridge, wall/microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
Despite the hectic shopping of going on boxing day we had a very helpful and dedicated staff who worked with my wife and I to get an amazing deal with a great warranty.
Would purchas here I again with that level of service and pricing.

I have a stove I purchased from the brick (Whitby) after 3 yrs ( still under warranty) the large burner ingiter stopped working , also the oven cuts off when baking and I have no idea when it stopped causing most times having to guess start oven over and over, I called to have it serviced and the tech came very late although he was scheduled between 1-4 pm he did not show, when I called the warranty people they said they will try and reach out to the tech, after a while the tech called and said he had car trouble and he would come by after 5 pm, when he came he told us to stop using the big burner as it could cause a fire with gas being let off waiting on the spark, I called the Whitby store where I bought the stove and keep gett ing electric oven offer and I constantly told them there is no 220 outlet, I finally spoke to a manager Adrianna who told me I can get a loaner , but I will have to pay for the hook up (300 + ) I told her that I will have to pay that twice or three times , she was uninterested in that as they do not have techs . I am now this festive season with no oven , a big burner which I was told to stop using by the tech. seems even with extra warranty no one cares. To be honest Adrianna didn't seem to listen or cared about my situation. hope this reaches some one who can assist me in this season thanks Raj

Updated Review: while I still give James as our sales consultant five stars I have changed my rating based on my delivery and subsequent follow up with the store. My delivery was an hour later than the three hour window and the store had no idea where the delivery was when I called twice for an update. There was no communication and our morning was essentially wasted. No apology from the drivers....nothing from the store.
More importantly, the delivery policy we were told was that 1 appliance is removed from the property free of charge. The delivery people would not take it. In following up with the store they made light of the situation and reluctantly agreed to send someone out to remove it later that week. The pickup was then cancelled by them with no notice to me. No explanation. I found out when I called in. Did not even bother to follow up with me properly and left me to deal with the disposal which was not the agreement. Overall I feel that once the sale is closed the regard for customer service is out the window. This will be my last purchase with The Brick.
Original Review: We had a great experience at The Brick in Whitby primarily due to our sales consultant James. He was extremely helpful in helping us find the best stove for our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products. Would go back to this location and James for future needs based on this experience.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
