Just left the Brick in Whitby, I had a wonderful experience with Liberty, very knowledgeable and friendly, not overbearing at all, took the time to answer all my questions, she didn’t cut me off while I was talking, she listened and then respond.
Funny enough I didn’t have a lot of questions because she explained even before I ask, went in basically for one item bought something else, thank you so very much Liberty.

Awesome experience!! First with the shopping then the delivery! The sales person gave us the privacy to choose what we wanted without being pressured (loved that) then the delivery guys very careful and respectful of my hone!! Absolutely loved that! Purchased two leather reclining chairs. The first one just didn’t heat up but all other features worked well. The Brick we’re going to replace our chair But when Chris came to deliver our second chair and I mentioned that the heat doesn’t work, he had a look and he fixed the chair for us. He went above and beyond great customer service, great delivery service, the massaging heated chairs are well worth their money. Thank you, Brick For your exceptional service

Liberty was my sales associate. I purchased a kitchen set and washer & dryer from The Brick. Liberty was helpful, patient and so professional. Making these types of purchases can be overwhelming at times, but she made it fun and easy. The delivery personnel were super friendly and very efficient. I purchased a new mattress that arrived with a tear in it. I spoke to the manager, who was very nice, and was told they could exchange it.
However, the following day I received an email offering either $150 in store credit or $125 refunded to my card instead. I refused because accepting this would void the warranty on the mattress.
Be very careful when purchasing from The Brick. If I hadn’t known that accepting compensation like this could void the warranty, I might have taken the offer and been stuck with a damaged mattress and no protection.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
