Customer service was incredible at the Brick. It was easy to shop online and verify all the specs of our item. I received a phone call within minutes of placing my order with instructions from a CSR about my delivery, what to expect, and what to do when the delivery was complete. I received text and email updates and could follow the tracking of my order to see exactly how far away it was - in km's and minutes! The delivery team was extremely professional and encouraged me to scan the walls before signing off for the delivery. I would not hesitate to order any home items from here ever again. Thank you!

Purchased a bed frame from this location Oct 21 2025. Get home to install it ourselves. Hardware is missing. We called numerous times, often getting sent to French servers? Finally get ahold of someone to be told we have to email them the problem. With pictures as proof. Ok, so I do that. They take DAYS TO RESPOND saying did you check the box? Omg no, why didn’t I think of that! Of course I checked the box it came in… then they said there is a zipper at the back of the headboard. It should be in there. Uhhh no… not at all. No zippers or Velcro or any other type of magical hidden place for hardware to be. On any of the parts. We have called weekly for updates on when the parts will be sent. Nobody seems to know when or can’t locate them. We have been sleeping on the ground. I can’t even speak on the quality of the bed, not that it matters at this point. We even offered to go to the Mississauga location to pick it up. They said we can’t.
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s seriously not worth your troubles. Go literally anywhere else.

We ordered 5 chairs with delivery. They were dropped off without being unwrapped (as we were told they would be) and when I unwrapped them 3 were damaged. They offered us $120 to keep the chairs as is!!! We don’t want damaged chairs ! We have called for an hour trying to speak with someone with no response!!! Disgusting service and products

Very bad experience with the Sofa I had purchased. I took the 5 yr warranty on my Sofa. The condition of the sofa has deteriorated to an extent that it looks like a 15-20 yr old sofa (though it just 4 yr old) without much use. When I raised it with them, I was told that its just applicable for 1st year and not for the entire warranty period. On top of that, I was told that I can get warranty money back again as a store credit after 5 yrs which I can use within 90 days. So instead of resolving my issue, I was told that you can again come and use that credit to buy $3K sofa which may again give such problems. Really!!! I will not go to the Brick again in future and will not recommend it to anyone.

Hello,
We bought a new queen size bed mattress and boxspring also a new bed frame and headboard. When it arrived there were extra "marks" or "scratches " on the frame that were not there when we had inspected it. Also alot of the screws which hold on the support legs for the frame were "sripped" had to replace them and drill new holes.
I'm dissapointed in their so called "disassembly" team seemed like they were rushed and did not take the care when dismantling and packing up bed frame and headboard!
With that being said Faith our salesperson did a good job getting us the best deal on everything!
You might want to look into this issue so that it doesn't happen in the future to other customers!

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
