I was pricing out a large order of primed finger-jointed pine trim casing - I called several other places but I must say, Brian @ Rona + in Whitby, was so kind, courteous and professional. He helped me pick out exactly what was needed and took the time to look into pricing and other details. He even took my number and called me back a few times just to make sure certain details were correct. Other local “lumber yards”either didn’t have stock and really didn’t seem interested to help me. Good sales people are hard to come by these days. Rona’s lucky to have you Brian!

I purchased 84" door jambs online to help in installing doors quickly for a project, picked up said jambs the day of the project.
Upon arriving on site and getting to work we realized the door jambs were 80"
I then had to rush out and buy replacement material for the jambs that were tall enough, and pick up necessary tools for the additional work, all while I had a guy standing around waiting for the material.
My one night job turned into a couple day job because of the time lost, and additional work now needed. I lost $300 in additional expenses and their best offer is save 10% on my next purchase up to a max of $100 savings.
Their consolation is spend $900 more dollars on them, And I can save $100, and still.be out $200.
Honestly very disappointed, I'll stick to home depot from now on

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
