    The yard guys are incredibly rude. I will never go back. Worst treatment I’ve ever encountered at any store. Go to Shell in Stouffville these guys suck

    Some positive feedback for Mike the store manager in Uxbridge. He went out of his way to help accept my return of large metal roof sheets. I had ordered 6x3’x10’ for home project but had a design change and needed to return. Uxbridge did not stock the sheets so original online order came from Pickering. My vehicle could not safely carry the product back to Pickering, Mike helped me by calling up Pickering, closing the online order and then agreeing to take the product back despite not stocking it locally. Thanks again to Mike and his team for good customer support. It’s this sort of attention to customer needs that keep me shopping in the local community.

    Colin has been delivering all our lumber and other heavy materials to our business for several years. He is incredibly fast, kind, and always ready to help. We can’t thank him enough! Also, Megan, the assistant store manager, always expedites our orders. She is not only very professional but also extremely friendly. We’re always happy to contact this Rona location and place orders with her, knowing they will be delivered on time when we work with Megan.

    As a VIP account holder, I’ve shopped at RONA Uxbridge for years for my contracting business, but recent poor service has pushed me to take most of my purchases elsewhere, though I still stop by occasionally. Mark is great 👍 always helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, not all staff match his effort. Some seem distracted, often on their phone or looking somewhere else, and one female employee in particular was noticeably rude and unhelpful. For instance, when I asked about plumbing supplies, I was told they didn’t have them without anyone checking or guiding me to the right aisle. I’m disappointed with the service and hope the store can improve.

    Went to the front to ask for help locating an item, stood there while the employees were on their phones and chatting. One looked up and saw me but went back to their phone. Once I said something is when they looked up but no help at all, one of them just pointed at the isle they thought the item would be in. Not the customer service I expected and not sure why phones are allowed on shift when customer facing.
