    Excellent service. The gentlemen who delivered my appliances were courteous and timely. They got them in without trouble despite my old house’s weird stairs and awkward angles. They got everything set up for me and gave me good advice on which replacement pieces I needed. I also received excellent service when in store. No attempts at upselling but rather giving me good information on what I asked for. I had been to other places and was most impressed by the Brick’s service in store and at delivery.

    My oven stopped woking and I needed a new one. I went into the Brick and was met by Cassandra Dumontier, and she was fantastic. I had already done the research online and knew what I wanted to buy. She made the purchase experience of the Samsung range quick, easy, and offered so much information. She was very helpful and extremely nice. I would definitely recommend dealing with her when you're shopping in Thunder Bay. Thank you Cassandra!!!!

    It was a great experience today with our sales person Cassandra. We were able to spend time to confirm we wanted the chairs we had seen the previous day… she was very knowledgeable about our products and patient with us as we tried sitting on other products to confirm we had choosen the right one… and then we looked around freely as paperwork was being processed and needless to say we purchased end tables! She informed us that we can add them to our extended warranty…we are very pleased with the process today! Highly recommend The Brick … and ask for Casandra D.

    The Brick has been not good with my last two orders, tried giving the benefit of doubt to them, but still very poor service, and customer service. My bookshelf came broken in half, they told me they would call manufacturer, still have no update, my bedroom frame was supposed to be delivered Dec 06, 2025, they called two days before and said "wont be til end on January " and I just ordered 4 dressers, they only delivered 3, idk what's going on with them, but last time I order from them. Not once have I had the correct order, always, always something missing or broken. Then they tell you to call manufacturer and deal with it. Its BS. Also, I had friends with similar stories like mine. Just hope you have a better experience if and when you order from them.

    buying appliances were an Olympic sport, Cassandra at The Brick would be taking home gold. I went in looking for an induction range and left feeling like I’d just made the smartest life decision of my adulthood. Cassandra knew her stuff cold (which is impressive, considering she sold me something that gets very hot). She answered every question, anticipated the ones I didn’t know to ask, and somehow made comparing specs feel entertaining instead of painful. The induction range is amazing, but the real standout was Cassandra’s patience, humour, and zero-pressure approach. She didn’t just sell me an appliance — she guided me safely through the wild world of modern cooking technology. If you’re shopping at The Brick, do yourself a favour and ask for Cassandra. Your kitchen (and your sanity) will thank you.
