After being given the run around by home depot I decided to purchase my stove from the Brick instead and had a wonderful experience. Jessica helped me pick out the right stove for my needs and budget and the delivery team was top notch. Arrived early. Delivered the stove into a difficult apartment all fast, friendly and without any damage. 10/10 will use the brick again.

Everytime we decide to get something new, I go see Shannon at The Brick. Over the years we have gotten to know each other and I refuse to shop with anyone else. We just purchased a dishwasher and a range. Delivery went amazing and the guys were great. Except for the wet snowy shoes on my rugs , everything went smoothly and they were pleasant, polite and very careful👍

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with The Brick was so disappointing that I feel the need to share.
In mid-November 2025, after making multiple purchases at The Brick in the last year, spending thousands of dollars on new furniture, we returned to buy a new dishwasher. The dishwasher was posted on sale and we were met with good service and knowledge from our sales person. We were promised that the dishwasher would be in by December 8th. When that date came and gone, not a single email or phone call to let us know that it would not be arriving until December 15th, until we called to inquire what was going on.
That date again came and we heard nothing. Called again and we were assured by Christmas and that the dishwasher was “custom made” and the salesperson had no idea why no one reached out to us. We remained patient, but it didn’t stop here. This transpired into 5 more phone calls over a two month span where we spoke to a different employee each time, most of which were not helpful and one went as far as to say “you can just come get a refund if you want it then” and that my partner could come purchase a different one in stock for $300 more than the one we originally purchased. We asked if we would have to pay the difference or if the store could provide some sort of compensation because it had been over 2 months of waiting for a dishwasher, where we were given a hard no to that request.
Our original salesperson ended up contacting us and letting us know that the Manager of the store put a rush on it and they would contact us as soon as the product made it to Winnipeg. We believed his word as he was very sincere and wanted to make it right. Another two weeks go by, no call or update.
After exhausting all options, we went to Dufresne and walked out same day with the exact model we ordered with The Brick. We then went to The Brick to get a refund, where the customer service rep had to get approval for the refund for the dishwasher and the management did not provide the credit that was previously promised or even remotely an apology for the terrible experience.
Needless to say, we will never be returning to this establishment ever again and highly recommend the customer service at both Leon’s and Dufresne.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
