Friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that I wasn't able to tip him onsite and when I went to the store to give him one I was told tipping is against company policy...which I strongly disagree with. Delivering a fridge, by yourself, in the intense heat and wrestling it down a set of stairs is worth a little extra.
