- JMJason C. MarshallJul 19, 20255.0We just happened to duck into the Smiths Falls store and found fridge to buy. In store service was great. Peter, who did the delivery was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that I wasn't able to tip him onsite and when I went to the store to give him one I was told tipping is against company policy...which I strongly disagree with. Delivering a fridge, by yourself, in the intense heat and wrestling it down a set of stairs is worth a little extra.

The New manager screwed with accounts made my daughter starve because he messed up her file, cannot even keep his name badge on right side up. I refuse to deal with him as a long time customer of easy home, you tried to make things right and you got in trouble for standing up for your customer, and the manger didn't like that. We'll too bad for him. He needs more training before touching customer accounts and messing with them and making mistakes. I'm close to taking my whole families buisness somewhere else because being sadden by a great employee gone. And she loved working there till the new manger came.
