It went really well, but I didn’t realize it would be that hard taking the mattress out of the box and putting it on top of the box spring so I got it done though

The Brick sells good quality furniture and I was happy with my salesman Derek who took the time to find me the perfect chair. The delivery team was professional and courteous as they put a very big box in my living room and left telling me I'll need to set it up myself or hire a company to do it. Unfortunately I was left disappointed that after paying $150 out of town delivery charge to find out that they don't set up. I was left a very large box to figure out how to put together a very heavy recliner myself and get rid of the cardboard. Thankfully it was straight forward to put together; however the reclining function does not work and I now need to contact the Brick to get it fixed. This could've been dealt with in a few minutes, if the Brick included the set up. I blame myself because I didnt think to ask if set up was included....Ive had 3 delivery companies over the past couple of years deliver furniture, for less of a delivery charge, and each of them set up the furniture, made sure it worked and took away the garbage. I just assumed that for $150 the Brick would be no different...I was wrong and learned a lesson. I love my chair (although it doesnt recline yet) but the Brick needs to relook at their policy for of town deliveries and do better.

Great service. As soon as we walked in, someone was there to greet me and ask if I needed help. Very friendly staff. I had Ryan help me, and he answered all of my questions and concerns about certain products and helped me find the mattress and adjustable platform that I plan to purchase.
The delivery was exceptional and friendly and the guys were mindful to ask if they could wear their shoes in the house. Great service and they set everything up for us.

Very unimpressed with the Brick. I will not be shopping here ever again and I will be telling everyone I know of my horrible experience. I bought a new washing machine and dryer set. It kept getting delayed delivery. It took 2 months to come in and the communication for it was horrible. I spoke with a manager named Melanie who said I would get a $100 credit on my Flexiti for my troubles once I receive the washer and dryer. That never happened and its been MONTHS. At this rate I'll be done paying it before they reimburse me. THEN. After waiting all that time, I had ordered the washer that you could program from your phone and it had the delayed start. Those are the TWO features I litterly wanted for my new washing machine, or else I would have kept my old one.... I received the machine and it has NONE of those features.... I have proof from the seller when I purchased it - he was equally excited that I would be getting these features as they're great... I DIDNT get them. Ive called a handful of times since then to get direction on what they can do about fixing ALL of these issues... and NO ONE, EVER calls me back!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be purchasing from the Brick for anything ever again!!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
