I purchased a bed and the bed was really poorly made, notified the brick and it was handled very professionally and bed was replaced. Service was excellent. Larry our salesperson was very helpful from start to finish.

Purchased dinning table with chairs it's a raised table with bar stool chairs, purchased extra warranty to equivalent of 5 years, had issues with the chairs becoming loose, returned to the store to explain the issue, a claim was started, waited for a few weeks and nothing was issued, returned to the store and again nothing was happening, this was going on foe a while.......almost a year! After returning to the store eventually they set up a time with a tech to come to my house which took another 3 months, after a few months have past after the tech inspected the chairs ( had 1 chair broken and a few loose ), with the warranty if the tech could not repair the company has to replace, been waiting for a response from the store and nothing so to the store we fo again, explained for almost 2 years for a response, the response i eventually got was the model of table and chairs are obsolete.....they don't make it anymore, so how it was explained was after 2 years each model in the display is only for 2 years, so I was having an argument with store indicating I have purchased 5 years of warranty and 3 years are no good well to me that is fraud they sould pay me back the 3 years of the warranty, they said they could do an exchange of a chair that is in the show case but I explained that if we do that we would need to replace the other 5,they said they would have to talk to the head office and get back to us,eventually they did a week later they said the would pro-rate the chairs ( didn't know they would measure like a worn tire.......who knew! ). Ended up settling ( i had enough with these useless people didn't feel like arguing anymore, it was like trying to get blood from a stone ), they ended up giving us a store credit ( would rather take the money instead and go elsewhere). Ordered now chairs which were swivels ( 6 of them ), they're supposed to be shipped in boxes and assemble them at home like IKEA, 1 box has 2 chairs to be assembled and 4 other chairs were assembled and was shipped in bags, removed the assembled chairs from bags and parts were falling out and missing, as well noticed the bearings for the swivel portion was missing a couple of bearings so back to the store we go again, presented the swivel bearing to customer service and had 1 tech says that is normal for missing 1 or 2 bearings, was about to have an argument with tech indicating it's not normal having 1 or 2 bearings missing then he goes on that he was an machineist ( if he was a machineist he wouldn't be working at the brick.....just saying! ), they ended up ordering new bearing swivels, new ones came in and the first thing was to check the bearings and sure enough missing bearings, had the manager to look at the bearings and sees there is gaps where bearings should be there so we look at each other the words that came out of his mouth was " what do you want me to do about it? ", so the statement was redirected back " are you kidding me ? ", he actually apologized for having the 4 chairs that were bagged shipped over to my house, they were not supposed to be shipped to my house they were supposed to be shipped elsewhere. So the bearings were not reordered so I'm stuck with what I have so needless to say do not purchase extra warranty because they will not do anything for it and I won't be shopping there again. If could rate them in the negative it would be -10

Terrible customer service. First they made me wait an extra month for washer and dryer. Then they deliver the product damage and think you are going to except it. After denying the damage product. Expect you to wait another 2 weeks with no compensation what so ever. Last time I will be doing business with the brick.

Dan, Redwan and Ash were excellent! The got everything downstairs, unwrapped everything, put the legs on everything and took all the garbage with them when they left! I had no cash on me but I will come to the store and ask Peter to give them my tip.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Google should update. Went there to purchase a washer and dryer. Picked up the washer and delivered it to site and the dryer to be picked up the following week. Realized that the finish measurements of the new laundry closet would not allow for a set and would need a stackable. Washer was in original packaging and never used in less then 2 weeks of purchase and they refused it to be returned and told me store credit only. 1st and only “The brick” experience, and i can assure you it will be my last. Happy shopping folks.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online.
