    Went to Rona for a Frigidaire Professional fridge and freezer because they advertise price match + 10%. Manager Shawn would only match the price, not the extra 10%, so I decided to take my $6,000+ purchase to Best Buy instead. Huge thanks to Best Buy for their excellent service — made the whole experience painless compared to Rona!

    Bought new toilet since the orange logo bldg wouldn't take back defective toilet. Great product, cash out, return person gave me a cart for the heavy toilet without hesitation, great experience.
