Today I returned 5 boxes of tile it was left over in a project, after 30 minutes of wasting my time they said because you don’t have physical receipt we can return it. I even showed them the receipt in my phone they couldn’t process the return. I told them I am going to put it in social media there was a girl in reception she was okey with waisting my time. Even the manager said okey but the girl didn’t help and she was so mean. I will promise you I will never come back to Rona and I will publish the video on social media. The guy name Johan was so nice he tried to help but he couldn’t because of Rona’s policy.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
