Worst company I have ever dealt with. The staffs, especially the Managers are terrible. They don't know how to make customers happy.
I don't recommend anyone to buy from The brick (St Catherine). The way they treat customers during the sale vs after the purchase is like night and day. When they want your money, they act polite. Once you have paid, they absolutely do not care about your issues.
I spent more than $10,000. I bought sofas that started tearing, and instead of replacing it(Which any decent company would do), they made me wait for 4 months for a so called repair. And guess what? they tried to fix it with a completely Wrong color, totally mismatched, and then had the nerve to tell me it was "similar". Even my child could see the colors were different.
This company is a complete joke once the purchase is done. Zero accountability, Zero customer service, Zero respect for customers. The Brick absolutely sucks after purchase.
Please do not waste your time or money at this store. I would rather pick good stores in the future.

Horrible products. We got a couch and the warranty with it. The couch is not even a year old and falling apart. The cushions are sinking to the point that you are sitting on wood. We contacted the store to use our warranty and they said we cant have the cushions fixed or get a different couch. Never buy from there. Never get any warranty.

We went to the St Catherine’s branch of The Brick due to the service we received from Harry M about a month before when we did not buy anything.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even though we have stores closer to us we decided to purchase from him rather than our more local branch.
Due to a house move we needed all the usual appliances to fit out a new home plus somewhere along the line he sold us two leather sofas as well. Brilliant stuff.
He’s a salesman and did his job but we didn’t feel pressured he simply closed the sale in a professional manor including when we had visited a month before making sure we returned.
We recommend this branch of The Brick and we recommend Harry.
Well done to the branch on its training of a young salesperson and well done to Harry for lending his own personality to the skills he was taught.

My partner and I recently visited The Brick looking for a new couch and ended up finding exactly what we needed, plus a few extra things that made sense for our home, like a new TV and a king-size mattress. We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to our sales consultant, Gunbir. He was incredibly patient, took his time to answer all of our questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our choices. We left feeling super happy with our purchases and confident in our decision. Big thanks to Gunbir and the team at The Brick for such a great experience!

Was getting my new mattress and box spring delivered today and the one I was returning sent back at the same time. I wasnt home but my mom was here when the delivery guys came and she was so surprised at how helpful and courteous they were. I believe the one guys name was Gurjit (person who called me saying they are almost at my house), not sure the other one but my mom said they came in so quickly, took the ones I was returning out very quickly and brought the new ones in, even went as far as to remove them from the bags and put them on my bed frame for me, and took the bags to discard of them as well, as well as even removed their shoes when they came in the house. They said I didnt have to do anything, it was all taken care of. My mom was so surprised she felt so bad she didnt have any cash on her to tip them. THIS is customer service. The other guys who delivered my first mattress and box spring that I was returning, my mom said smelled like weed as soon as she opened the door, they left them upstairs in the bedroom and hallway, they came in the house with shoes, left the bags on them. Im 5'4 so me by myself after unbagging them had to throw them onto the bed frame after I built the bed , had to rotate the box spring around my room to face the other way and deal with all that on my own. Thanks so much to the delivery guys today on taking care of everything in such a courteous way🙏🏽 These guys deserve a raise.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
