I had the opportunity to work with Carter in the St. Catharines store on the sale of my couch. From the moment I walked in he greeted me and was very professional. He assisted me through the whole process and made sure I was able to purchase the couch from the Hamilton Store without any issues. He took the time to measure and explains the different sections of the couch for ease of transportation then on Boxing Day was offering free shipping which made it even better. Once the couch arrived I followed the steps Carter provided and the setup was very easy. Thank you Carter and I recommend asking for a Carter in the St. Catharine’s store when visiting the The Brink on Fourth Avenues in St.Catharines. I will be dealing with him moving forward. Overall was an excellent experience.

My mom was sold a defective TV shelf, and because the box was opened, they refused to give a refund and would only offer store credit. We asked why a customer should be forced to keep shopping at a store that sold a faulty product, which can only be discovered after you open it and were told a cash refund would never be given—only credit. So they sell you a defective product and now you’re stuck with them because you opened their packaging of a defective product.
Unfair policy, dismissive service, and zero accountability. Buy at your own risk.

Delivery of disheasher got cancelled yesterday due to broken truck. I had them reschedule for next day but they were 3hrs late. Had to scramble to get installed before my party.

In the store the service was great, the delivery service was fair, I was under the impression that they would setup the appliance but it was just left in the room as it was to cold to install, is what I was told.

Today’s delivery was a reschedule due to the first delivery being cancelled. Upon speaking to the Operations Supervisor the next available delivery date was going to be 5 days later which was unacceptable. Operations supervisor advised me to come in on Sunday and he would make things right for us however to our surprise he was not scheduled to work Sunday. We managed to arrange to pick up 2 pieces of furniture so my aging parents did not have to sit on the floor as we had empty the space to accommodate the delivery. It was a surprise to receive a call saying that the furniture would be delivered on Tuesday. When a deliver is cancelled at no fault of the customer, that customer should be a priority for the next delivery and when your told to come in and things will be made right and your not there that is very poor customer service.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
