- SMSydney MasseyFeb 28, 20251.0Told us we were getting a brand new stove (“the paperwork says used because someone ordered it but it never left the warehouse” - this statement was used at least 3 times during the purchase process) and proceeded to bring us a very clearly used stove full of burnt crumbs and debris, with the English warning labels completely stripped off, and giant dents in the side. They also very aggressively dropped the stove right beside my youngest dogs crate, causing her to have a complete panic attack and leaving her still refusing to go anywhere near her crate - also gouging my hardwood. There was also a very thick layer of dirt and grime accumulated on the stovetop at the time of delivery. When we called them out on this, they had the audacity to say “oh well we gave you a deal on it”. Today they picked it up, sending the same idiot who traumatized my dog (who we very adamantly told them to NOT send), and he proceeded to completely shatter the glass on the stove all over our front porch and in our sunroom. We had to tell him that we would clean it because the puppy was once again having a full blown panic attack (something that has NEVER happened any time we’ve brought anyone else into our home, regardless of their purpose.) They also had excuses galore about why we had to sit on this unit for nearly a week, leaving me to have to cancel most of my birthday plans due to them trying to deceive us. If I’d wanted to overpay for a used stove, there are a huge number of places in town I could’ve done that without having to finance. They wanted us to pay more than what a brand new stove costs for this disgusting thing. Definitely do not purchase from these goofs unless you want to overpay for something that they lie about the condition of. Wish me luck while I try to calm my sweet little girl down.
