I’ve never been serviced the way. I just was the gentleman that sold me. The chair was wonderful. The lady I called today was wonderful and the two gentlemen that delivered it were great. I have no complaints you get a number five for me thank you.

I ordered a sofa and the delivery date on line. It was a simple uncomplicated process. My sofa arrived exactly as planned, communication was great and the delivery persons were amazing. I had asked for the sofa to be set up and all packaging removed. No fuss ... no muss. The sofa is exactly as in the photos and as described and it's perfect.

I'm totally disappointed in our purchase of a Beautyrest mattress. Within a year we noticed wearing in the support. Report it to the store. They had someone over to measure the depths of the wear. They denied us any replacement with a ten year warranty. We are in our late 70s and would like to know how long we must wake up with back issues.

We have been customers of the brick Peterborough for several years. Our go to there is MJ. She is genuine, kind, and has a lovely way about her. Her zone of expertise is electronics and household appliances, this lady knows her stuff But also has a wide range of knowledge for all the products offered. We happened to be at another location the other day, simply because we just wanted to have a hands-on experience with the items we were thinking about purchasing. The sales person we encountered there was super aggressive and literally stalked us through the store after we told her we were just simply looking, and if we needed any questions answered, we would find her. She didn’t respect that boundary and just kept coming at us. (We’re looking at you Hamilton Mtn location). That’s the beauty about The Brick in Peterborough. They give you a quick greet at the door and then unless you need their help right away, they leave you be to get your bearings. I can’t believe people gave that a bad review. If you need extra help, just ask for it and don’t assume people are uninterested When all they clearly doing is respecting a boundary of your personal space. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
