There was an employee by the name of Tony, who was the very definition of what customer service used to be like and it’s that type of customer service that keeps me wanting to not only support local businesses but also get off my couch and do my shopping in person like We used to before everybody got scared. Nevertheless, if there was a six stars to award then I would, the man must’ve had me out of that store in less than 45 minutes with everything that I asked for and was extremely down to earth. Thanks again, Tony. Battlefield 6 let’s go !!!

- KQKevin QitsualikFeb 28, 20231.0Terrible customer service with Joey at Easyfinancial. Wife took out a small loan a few months ago. We had financial difficulties and couldn’t make the first few payments. We tried making a payment a few weeks ago, but they did not accept cash payments (they have since revised their cash policy). Today joey would not let us pay our furniture agreements until a loan payment was made. Pretty sure that is illegal. On the phone he threatened with legal action if we didn’t both come into the store. He basically blackmailed us to make a payment. My wife offered to pay $50 towards the loan and he felt that wasn’t enough. She then offered $100 and that wasn’t enough as well. He was rude and unprofessional in his mannerisms. He made my wife feel uncomfortable by being bossy and felt like she was in trouble. In my opinion this easyfinancial business should be avoided at all cost. Not to mention, my wife is on disability and shouldn’t have received a loan in the first place.
