The manager named Mahamudul Hasan at this Access Storage location displayed shocking behavior and a complete lack of professionalism. When my husband and I came to inquire about storage options, he raised his voice, spoke rudely, and made me feel intimidated. What made the situation far worse was his disrespectful attitude upon asking the promotion again on not understanding because there is a language problem from his side. He doesnt even know how to speak properly in english! How this guy has been working here being so rude?? I will ask my friends not to rent with him at this location.
