I have decided to leave my original post so that you can see the process and how we got here (see below). After my review the Brick Brampton and Mississauga @thebrickmattressmississauga contacted me with in 30 mins the process went smoothly and a new mattress has finally been delivered. Sadly it arrived damaged and not in good condition. The fabric was to large for the mattress, we slept on it and it was as if the mattress was not replaced minus the hump. So at this point they offered yet another replacement but I am now focusing my complaints to BeauCrest the mattress manufacturer, shame on you for selling such terrible products for such high prices, I have never had one and I will never buy another. Hopefully the third Mattress will be a winner, if not I am expecting a full refund as I have been patient. I give a lot of thanks to the ladies at the Brampton Store for working with me and getting me noticed. To the Mississauga Store hopefully we can get this settled and move forward. Life is to busy for this.
This was a costly mistake.
When we purchased, the sales rep was alone in the store and helping other customers. By the time she assisted us, the process felt rushed. We explained our back issues and were assured that the bed she recommended was the best option. She also insisted that without the matching box spring, the mattress would not perform properly and the warranty would not be valid. Based on that, we purchased both. In fact, we purchased two beds that day—a king for ourselves and a queen for our son—spending over $5,000.
Less than two years later, the king mattress is in terrible condition. There is a noticeable hump in the middle, and both sides have sunk significantly. We are very disappointed, especially since we are still paying it off. When I contacted the store, I was directed through a long and confusing process instead of receiving straightforward support. I was even asked to submit photos of the sagging, but because the mattress is black, the images don’t capture the extent of the problem.
All I am asking is for The Brick to stand behind its product. A mattress of this cost and quality should last at least as long as the warranty period—my previous mattress lasted over 10 years without these issues.
After posting this review, I was contacted within hours by The Brick. While I appreciate the quick response, it is disappointing that it took this public post for my concerns to be acknowledged. That said, the representative I spoke with was polite and helpful, and a technician will be coming to inspect the mattress this week.
I am updating my review to 2 stars for now and will revise again once I see whether the issue is resolved.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
