The whole pickup process was super smooth and well organized. When I arrived, I just had to talk through an intercom a they were right on top of it!! gave them my phone number, and they pulled up my order right away. They told me which door to go to, and all I had to do was park and wait. A staff member came, verified my invoice and ID, and then helped load the furniture into my car. That’s it! Really appreciated the way everything was managed. Highly recommend this place if you’re doing a pickup! The staff was super friendly and very happy individuals

You give your phone number and then you proceed to the pick up dock. The person serving us was very professional, courteous and friendly. The distribution centre itself is very organized and make it easy for pickup. The guy helped us load the items in our car. We were very pleased.
