I came to The Brick in Heartland with my mom and small pup (who was warmly welcomed into the showroom)! The Brick offers a great selection of furniture and appliances at very good deals, and is our usual go-to for such home upgrades.
We were greeted and assisted by Sunny. We came looking for an area rug and ended up purchasing one along with a sectional. Sunny was polite enough to show us all the featured sectionals and area rugs in the showroom and discuss customization, sizing, colour options, availability and pricing. There was a spin the wheel play for promos and prizes and we had won free delivery (savings of $100!). Sunny helped us with the all-around process of showings, answering questions, invoicing and finalizing the transaction. She was very attentive to our needs and preferences and worked with our pace, without any pushy sales tactics.

Excellent service at the Heartland Mississauga location. We came there just to shop around & compare prices for reclining beds because my husband & I both have problems with sleeping. Nav was really helpful, knowledgeable & professional. He showed us different options. They were all very good quality brands & definitely very good prices to our liking. We’re very happy & can’t wait to have our comfortable mattress with recliners, delivered. Highly recommend Nav Jha, he will definitely help you choose according to your needs & budget. I would NOT in any way recommend purchasing from the brick, as every step of my experience was unpleasant regarding the delivery of my leather couch. I will outline the events below and you can decide if this is a company that is worthy of your business and patience.
1. Original delivery day: Before the couch was unboxed, as the delivery men were bringing it into my condo, the box holding the couch rubbed the walls to the point that paint was removed in 3 different locations. Once the couch is unboxed and the driver leaves, I notice 2 rips in the leather, one about 5 inches long and the other about half a cm. The brick says they will deliver another one and come and take the damaged one.
2. Second delivery day one week later: My scheduled delivery was between 12-3pm on this day. At 10am I get a call from the delivery driver saying that they are at my condo and can only wait 15 mins or they will leave. I asked them if they could come back at any time during the 12-3pm window that was given to me, as I was still at work and had not left yet since it was 2 hours prior to the window I was given. Driver said no because they have other deliveries and then he has to go pick up his child from school. He said he would call me back after speaking to someone at the brick, he never called back. Then I call the brick, they confirm that the delivery was scheduled from 12-3pm and that the driver should go back during that time window, but they could not guarantee it would still be delivered today.
The rest of the day consisted of me calling the brick multiple times for updates, despite being told by various different employees at this location that they would call me back and let me know whether the couch was going to come on this day or not. No one ever called me or reached out to me to try and remedy the situation and the errors that they made. The end result was that the driver did not want to come back to my unit to deliver my couch which was already on their truck, due to personal obligations of his own. No one at the brick was able to get the driver to come back to my place during or even after the time frame that they gave me, in order to have the couch delivered on this day.
3. Another week later: I have a scheduled day to have the couch delivered for the THIRD time. Lets see if this actually happens and if the couch is damaged again.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
