We looked at over 10 furniture stores and 3 different Brick locations to find what we were looking for.
From the min we walked in to The Brick in Mississauga, we were met by Michelle who was not only super sweet and kind, but an incredible help in assisting us in finding our perfect couch.
She was not pushy but rather took the time to hear and understand what we were looking for and working with us to find the right set and the right budget. We are so grateful to Michelle! Her customer service was second to none! Highly recommend.

Although this store has a nice selection of furniture and appliances, the customer service is the worst ever. We bought stuff three times there, the delivery was late every single time. The last one (which is going to be the last one as we will never buy anything from them ever again), was the worst. The delivery (and installation) was scheduled by the agent. When the things did not show up, we called but no one was picking up and there is no VM option. So we had to drive to the store again. We scheduled the table for a few days later and the dishwasher for a few days after that. The table arrived. The dishwasher didn't. We called tye installation company to reshedule, they confirmed. Then the Brick sales agent (Sandra) called to tell us that it was delayed again. When my wife asked her to double check, she promissed to call back. She never did. My wife drove to the store again, because no one was answering the phones, to confirm the date. The store confirmed. On the day of the delivery, the installation guy called to say that he can't get the machine from the warehouse. We called, no one was picking up again. We drove to the store again, to see what was happening. Apparently the installation guy went to the warehouse to pick up the dishwasher and the storage did not give it to him, although multiple items were in stock (???). The manager (Pretti) promised to clear the situation and to have the dishwasher delivered and installed the day after. After not getting any calls the morning after (because the installment crew usually calls to confirm), I called the store again The secretary (Anu) took my message and promissed that the manager will call asap. She didn't. Two more calls, and Pretti always being absent or busy, I decided to go to the store again. Once there, Pretti was on a break (that started 1h 15 minutes before that when I called last), so I decided to cancell the order. That's when Pretti showed up to explain that the delivery was impossible because the machine was in a warehouse in Mississauga, but I lived in Toronto, (???) and they could only schedule it in a week. I am not sure if she didn't know this before (which a manager should) or she just wanted to stall, but it was either incompetence or brazenness, or probably both. I cancelled my order and told them that I will never step foot in that store again. There are plenty of other places that are far more professional and that care about their customers, unlike these guys that are just about sales and comissions.

Lovely time today shopping at The Brick at 1607 Dundas Street East, Mississauga - Sandra was the loveliest and most helpful lady. She helped us choose the best items at the most affordable and unbelievable prices! Just in time for nesting! The whole staff were amazing and very warm and welcoming. We purchased an appliance set and some dining room items with great help from Michelle. The staff at the Brick is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The delivery was seamless, the arrival time was communicated perfectly and the crew arrived on time. They did a fantastic job connecting our new appliances. I had a great experience with my mattress delivery from The Brick Mississauga South . The delivery team was extremely kind, efficient, and very fast. They handled everything carefully and helped us position the mattress perfectly in the room.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
