The Brick delivered broken, beaten up furniture to my house, posing a significant safety risk to my family. Furniture that I paid over $10,000 for. The chest (not pictured) is so uneven it almost fell over and hurt my daughter. The Brick’s authorized representative offered me $3000 initially as a refund, then they called me back a few days later and reduced my compensation to $1500, and now finally called me back and said they are only offering $300. I am taking them to court for every last dollar. They had their chance.
Do not buy from the brick.

Haven’t made a purchase from The Brick in years so wasn’t sure what to expect. Bought a sofa bed for a 2nd floor guest room with a tricky entry doorway. First delivery team took it upstairs, said it wouldn’t fit and took it back. Our sales rep Dylan intervened, added further delivery instructions, and scheduled another delivery. Second delivery team didn’t even try and took it back. Again Dylan stepped in, took measurements of the floor model, sent photos, met with us again in the store to discuss, and scheduled another delivery. Third delivery team of Dylan and Dimitri were respectful and friendly, took the sofa bed upstairs and reluctantly left it per our instructions. My husband and I took into the room ourselves. Thank you Dylan for your help. Giving 5 stars because of the sales rep and the last delivery team.

If I can give Shalija 10/5 I definitely would for her exceptional customer service, patience, intuitiveness and quick thinking. I haven’t seen proper customer service in a while and you can tell she truly cares about meeting your needs. She is very intuitive and truly went above and beyond to meet, maybe even, go above our expectations to help us find the right furniture pieces that go along our theme and budget. She made sure that we walked out genuinely satisfied. I don’t think we would’ve purchased anything if it weren’t for her welcoming and inviting energy and service. Truly remarkable and I hope to see her a manager one day.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
