The Brick isn’t even worthy of a one star review. I have never experienced so much BS in less than one week in my life. My review is so lengthy and in so much detail, it won’t allow me to post it because it’s too long! I will attach my review in photos. Please read, beware, and do NOT shop here!

We are very pleased with the great customer service from Ajay Bansal , he has helped us with al the info we requested about the appliances we needed to buy washer and dryer here in the Mississauga location in Ontario . His service has been so pleasant that following the purchase of this we did buy more furniture and TV in addition to this we have the great approval of the general sale manager Summit Kapoor who was extremely pleasant and giving us all the comfort and confidence with our purchase.

Had delivery of a lift chair which was a gift from my family. Even though the weather was so bad, the delivery team made all the effort to make it and delivered very clean. Unpacked the chair and made sure to set it up for me. Excellent service and kudos to the delivery team and also the sales team…My sales person Aravind called me to make sure my delivery went well and kept me informed all throughout the process…people like him make me go back to this Brick location…kudos to the team…Ask for Aravind if you want to make any purchase you will be pleased and happy…

Recently we walked in The Brick to shop for dining chairs and counter stools. To our great surprise, none of the salesmen that were sitting came to greet us. Our first thought was to turn around and leave. But since we were already there, we walked around and started browsing. Then came Gaurav Matta, one of the salesperson. He was very nice and welcomed us. Gaurav was very courteous and helped us in picking up our items. We bought the items we needed and even when we went back the next day to do a exchange of items, he would go above and beyond to help us. We were greatly appreciative of him. We need more people like Gaurav who really changed our mind about The Brick. We would recommend him to anyone who walks at The Brick at that location. Thank you Gaurav. Keep up the great job.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
