    Today we went to The Brick to replace our broken General Electric washer, and upon arrival, we were met with Aravind. Aravind was super welcoming, charming and very professional! One problem: our warranty wasn't bundled. And considering if a washer breaks, the dryer bought alongside it may break too, either we needed to sell our existing one or buy a new one completely. But Aravind and his manager so kindly did us a favour and told us that our dryer would be replaced as well (even though we didn't have a bundle). Thank you so much for this wonderful favour and experience, genuinely some of the best people ever. Please come here and do business with Aravind ESPECIALLY; my guy doesn't play around 😁

    It is easy to buy and very hard to return. Before I purchased a set of bed covers, I asked if I can return it if something wrong. It was closing time and I don't have time to check it. The front desk said "yes" within 48 hours. The second day at home, I open the bag and check it, I found a broken area. I went to store to return it. However, the girl who serviced me yesterday said: it is a small problem, I cannot return it. I asked to talk to the manager, but the manager didn't showing up. At last, the operation manager called "Kajal" walked out the office, she was very arrogant, she even don't bother to walk to the desk to face me and talk to me. She just stand at the door of the office, said "no, you cannot return it". She was very rude. It took me long time to fight for my right. The first girl said I only can get store credit. I can use the credit to buy other things. Anyway, it is a long story. I took me 40 mins to get the thing returned. Be careful to buy things there, ask them to write down the return policy, otherwise, it is very hard.....

    Terrible place.I am still waiting on a couch that I ordered two months ago. I didn't have anyone help me as I am elder to put my bed together because it was supposed to come at a certain date and it did not. They called me the night before and said it was no longer coming. And I am 78 years old and there I was all alone during the week when it was randomly delivered. No one helped me. I was very desperate and very upset. My poor son had to lose more time off work. I still have no couch if I had known. I would have moved on a different date, but they promised me that a month in advance was enough time to have the item and they called me the night before not even a week before the night before, I guess they hire just about anybody these days to run businesses. Disappointed

    Terrible worse place ever. We had ordered a couch, a dresser and a bed for an elder woman moving into an old age home and we're promised because we ordered in advance that it would be there on the date we needed we all booked off the date we told them it was very important to be that day because we all had it off so that we could help her. The night before, which was the day we moved in the next day we were supposed to receive all the items they decide to call us and tell us that it's not coming tomorrow and we were shocked because they promised for sure, especially since it was going to an old age home and she has no other family to assist her. They said, no, it wasn't coming. We all booked that weekend off. We were there to help her. Instead, it arrived during the week cost so much hardship for us that we had to drive across town because we live nowhere near her which not to also mention, she had to sleep on the floor until we were able to get there. Also, her couch did not arrive as promised. And has yet to arrive, it has been months so she moved into her place and picked her moving date based on the bricks delivery promise. She could have moved later, but they promised that she would have had everything on time and she did not. Also, I'd like to add.I have several things from the brick and also disappointed myself.For example, a dishwasher that hasn't even made it a year and it's already not working. DO NOT BUY YOUR STUFF FROM THE BRICK.GO ANYWHERE ELSE, DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK, NOT WORTH IT. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THEY FOLLOW YOU LIKE HAWKS. WHEN YOU GET IN BECAUSE THEY WANT YOUR SALE. BUT AFTER THAT, THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU BECAUSE THE WOMAN THAT HELPED US, HER NAME WAS RAMYA SHE GAVE US HER PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED HER PROBABLY A 100 × TO GET SOME HELP. 2 DAYS AFTER AND NO ANSWER WEEKS AFTER NO ANSWER COULD NOT FIND. SHE SAID THAT WAS HER CELL APPARENTLY IT WASN'T AND THEY STAND AROUND THERE.WAITING TO POUNCE ON YOU.WHEN YOU ENTER, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE THE TIME TO BREATHE AND THEY FOLLOW YOU LIKE VULTURES.     I had a really great experience at this store, thanks to Sandy. I actually stopped by just to check on an item for a friend and was told earlier that it might be out of stock. Sandy went out of her way to help and took the time to look into it carefully. Not only did she manage to locate the item, but she did it with such a positive, customer-focused attitude. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. It’s clear that Sandy truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure customers leave satisfied. Even though I wasn’t originally shopping for myself, her professionalism and helpfulness really stood out. The store is lucky to have someone like Sandy on their team. I would definitely recommend this location based on the great service I received!
