I would like to thank the Brick for their excellent Service, specially in the customer service department. The employee , Nirdeshika was very patient listening to my concerns. She followed up with calling and did all paperwork according to the policy or the store. She was so nice and professional, I can’t stop talking about how she helped us gladly with the item we bought and gave us other alternatives .
I will remain a customer with the company for their honest and care for their customers.

Our amazing experience with the Brick on Ridgeway Dr started with our amazing sales consultant Meyer Zabin, then the delivery guys were amazing. Communication was great, on time. Fast at assembling. Very polite. When we buy our couch in the new year we are definitely going back to Meyer and really hope we get the same delivery guys. 10++ experience

So disappointed. Bought my brand new sofa from Brick. Recieved damaged. After so many follow ups received response that we will repair the sofa. Seriously, I bought new and not the floor model. I requested for replacement but the customer service replied that their technicians are evaluating.
It is more than a month but no resolution.
Poor customer service of customer care department.

Excellent Service at The Brick, Mississauga Superstore.
We had a wonderful experience at The Brick thanks to Meher. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We had visited another Brick location earlier, but the salesperson there was far too pushy, which made us uncomfortable.
Meher, on the other hand, gave us space to look around, answered all our questions without any pressure, and helped us find the perfect couch. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made the difference.
Highly recommend asking for Meher if you’re shopping at this location!

I went to The Brick on Ridgeway for their sale and met up with Meher on Oct 23rd. I needed to buy two beds including mattresses and frames, night tables and a dresser. Not to mention a 7 piece dinning room set. Yes that was a lot but I bought my first home and I needed furniture.
Meher was so knowledgeable and patient with me. She knew her stuff and how to help me as I did not know where to start. She gave me options as well with different prices and knew the quality of each item and what was popular or not. She did not push; she gave me suggestions and answered questions but she ultimately let me make the choice to make sure I was happy with.
A week later I realized that I bought the wrong size beds for the rooms and lucky for me, it was not delivered yet. I called her and made the changes. She was not frustrated with me, just professional and patient with me again. We got it fixed and I am so happy and grateful for her. I could not asked for a better sales associate and I have had many over the 40 years I have been buying furniture!!!
Ask for Meher Zabin. Trust me…you will not be sorry!!! Thank you so much Meher!!!!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
