    Big thanks to Marco in the HVAC department for his help this week. I purchased a hot water tank that was defective out of the box. The manufacturer's warranty process was rigid and bureaucratic, requiring multiple service calls for an obviously defective unit. Marco saw that this wasn't getting resolved and worked with his supervisor to authorize a direct exchange in-store. I really appreciate them cutting through the manufacturer's red tape to get the problem fixed. Excellent customer service.

    Absolutely terrible customer service, takes 25 minutes to go through the contracter check out, 8 people standing around and 1 till open? Little crazy would not cone back to this location again
