    Place was empty and not a single person helped me, despite when I walked in I saw a bunch of employees just hanging around cracking jokes. What I ended up getting (on the other end of the store) was also extremely overpriced, when I saw it the next day at another hardware store. Clearly sour about the whole experience.

    Renovating my bathroom and found that Rona has the best selection of bathroom tiles in the heartland area and exactly what i was looking for. One stop shop for all your renovation needs. Employees were helpful as well

    Very bad customer service..we went to get paint and we were 2 person in the raw and the man was attending only one person from last 45 mins .

    I went here to purchase a new dishwasher, as mine had died. I paid extra for delivery, warranty, and installation. The sales associate told me they would remove the old dishwasher from my house and dispose of it. First off, I set the time online, For Monday Morning, the 7am-12pm spot. When I got the confirmation email, it said they would be there in the afternoon, not the morning as I'd selected. Already, that was an issue, as I had a Doctor's appointment at 2pm. I was unable to contact anyone to change the installation appointment time or date, either by phone or email, so I rearranged the time with my Doctor to 9:am. Then, I get a message on the day before saying that the installer would be arriving between 7am and 12pm. Great. Now I had to call and change my doctor appointment a second time, and costing me $50 because it wasn't 24hr notice. So already off to a bad start. Anyways, the tech arrived and did the install. I was satisfied with that. However, he left the old unit in the middle of my kitchen, and all the packaging from the new one in a pile in my living room. I was told by the sales associate that they would take the old unit and the trash from the new one. He could have at the very least put it into a spot out of the way, or near the door. I feel like I was lied to at the store about what was included. I would have paid any necessary costs for removal as this was a Christmas gift for my mother and I wanted it to be perfect. It cost me almost $1500, and now I have to get someone to help me remove the old dishwasher and take it to the dump, along with the packaging. It was disappointing to pay so much in extra charges and left with a mess. Rona needs to have better communication both from sales to customers and with the installers. Edit: The number you gave me to call hung up on me after waiting on hold for 10mins. An automated response told me to call the store, which no one picked up at. What a joke. Changed rating from 2 stars to 1. If you really want to make this right, you have my number. Call me.

    I ordered a door from Rona online. The door was to come from this location. After the order not arriving on the shipping date I canceled the order. It has now nearly 3 weeks and my money has not been refunded. I have called this location twice and Rona customer service 7 times and I keep being told the item hasn’t arrived back at the warehouse so they can’t issue a refund. I believe the item is lost or stolen. No one at this location or online will listen to me or help me. It is beyond frustrating. I want my $500 back and am tired of being told that someone will call or email me and no one does. Give me my money back!
