I ordered a door from Rona online. The door was to come from this location. After the order not arriving on the shipping date I canceled the order. It has now nearly 3 weeks and my money has not been refunded. I have called this location twice and Rona customer service 7 times and I keep being told the item hasn’t arrived back at the warehouse so they can’t issue a refund. I believe the item is lost or stolen. No one at this location or online will listen to me or help me. It is beyond frustrating. I want my $500 back and am tired of being told that someone will call or email me and no one does. Give me my money back!

The service is very bad, especially the department that offers a return service for things we don't need
I purchased some items from Rona Muskoka branch and recently discovered that I do not need some items. I went to the Mississauga branch on Mavis Street. The employee did not accept returns
When I asked the manager, an employee came to me and said, "I am the manager here," although I did not expect it to be him. Just to quickly respond, I asked where the manager was. She told me I am the manager
Her attitude was very bad and she said I can't help you
I work in contracting and whenever I need something I go to Home Depot, but sometimes I go to Rona because of the distance and every time I go to Rona there is a problem the service is very bad
I advise everyone to go the extra mile and go to the Home Depot. You will not have any problems there because the employee there will try in every way to help you.

I chose to support Rona being Canadian however big mistake. Purchase paint and colour match which went wrong. Addressed afterwards and was advised colour match is 90% accurate which I can accept but colour wasn’t even close. In order to get replacement I had to sign Rona’s release of waiver or else no replacement. 2nd cans of colour match was worse. Address to Rona head office which was wasted energy. A task to colour match paint x2 was not achievable at Rona. Now I understand why Rona Mavis Mississauga location always empty whilst Home Depot always busy.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?

If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
