    I highly recommend this store, especially if you have the chance to work with Analyln. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. She introduced herself and gave us the space to browse comfortably, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was that she paid attention—when she noticed we kept going back to the same couch, she stepped in at the perfect time to help without being overbearing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had shopping in a brick-and-mortar store. I’ll definitely be back!

    The young men that delivered, our mattresses were very professional, courteous, and polite. They took every precaution to respect our space and avoid damage, and we’re kind enough to properly place the items in their place. Very satisfied.!!

    I have been waiting FOUR MONTHS for a brand-new office chair that was delivered defective. On November 23, I purchased a Swivel Glider Recliner (SKU: SHAYTPRC, Vendor #70721-L1-1KS-SGR-200603) for $592 for my office. When it was delivered, the chair was tilted on an angle and clearly defective. I contacted the store immediately. Two weeks later a technician came to inspect it and confirmed it was broken. Instead of replacing a brand-new defective chair, I was told they would order a replacement part and repair it. It is now March 16 — almost FOUR MONTHS later — and I am still waiting for that part. Every time I follow up, I’m simply told to keep waiting. I was even told their wait time for parts can be 2 weeks to 90 days, which is unacceptable for a brand-new chair that has never even been used. To make matters worse, I was told that because the issue was noticed after the delivery team left, the replacement policy does not apply. I am a small business owner and furnished my entire office through The Brick, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at The Brick – Markham.

    I ordered the powered recline loveseat. The services from showroom to delivery of my order were smooth and well coordinated. I was informed promptly of the status of the order. I much appreciate the excellent service provided by the delivery team from moving the furniture from the truck to my apartment, fast and no mess and garbage clean up for me after they left. Thank you!

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Brick. I spent $5,000 on a couch and also purchased a 5-year warranty, believing I was protecting my investment. It has only been 3.5 years, and the seats are already sagging badly. The colour has faded, and there is noticeable lint and fabric wear. When I contacted customer service, I expected support and understanding. Instead, I received no empathy and no real solution. The operation manager said there was nothing they could do, even though the couch is still under the 5-year warranty. What is the purpose of buying extended warranty if it does not cover issues like sagging seats within such a short time? This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel like I wasted $5,000. I would not recommend buying expensive furniture or extended warranties from The Brick. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRICKS .
