If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been waiting since January for a couch. 6 set delivery dates later, aka 6 unpaid days off of work. And still no couch. The most recent excuse was "it looks like it wasn't loaded onto the truck". Also they contract their delivery people its not even the brick. It is also not required for the delivery people to text or leave a voicemail so make sure you wait on your front porch the entire day lol. When asked how this could be rectified or if there is any sort of reimbursement for the incurred costs and inconvenience I was met with "no sorry we only do that for damages". They do not value paying customers.

We bought bed in January and till now we are not able to sleep properly because bed is shaking. Leg was broken after 2-3 days of installation,We complaint about that they send technician aftr one week and he fixes leg for temporary use. Now 2 more legs broken and we fixed by our self for temporary , bed is still shaky. No One ready to listen and provide solutions. Technician said it is not for hard wood but salesman did not told us. It is just wastage of money and time. Their after sale services is zero and this is only for london , On store location. I would say don’t buy anything from bricks even we bought tv units for approx 600 dollar quality is worse it is just scam and wastage of money and time. London store

BEWARE!! This company uses unethical pricing to deceive customers.
Response for “owner” nice cut paste response if you actually read the complaint I already reached out. We will let the Competition Bureau Canada look into the documentation sent to them, this isn’t the first time the Brick has been investigated for this issue. Just goggle it!
They also have an extremely rude manager that works at this location, when this was brought to his attention. He wouldn’t let another manager contact back or allow headoffice to get involved he simply told me to shop else where or go to the online "chat" for more information, this is a complete joke a customers can't talk on the phone or in person I'm expected to talk to a computer?? Wait till there an issue with your purchase. I would be very cautious buying from the brick or Leon's (same company) NO customer service at all.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
