Terrible sales representatives and costumer service. We were pressured into purchasing a TV when we originally only came in for a couch because it was a “steal of a deal” and the sale ended that day. We didn’t know the size we needed but were told we could call if there were any issues. Now, after it was delivered and we realized it doesn’t fit the space, they won’t take it back basically saying it is now our problem

I would HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE else but here for your furniture and appliance needs. The manager Preeti Sihng decided to hang up on me while I asked why I wasn’t told there would be a multiple hour delay that they knew of from the morning. He’s incredibly unprofessional as is the owner as he doesn’t hold anyone accountable and instead panders to only positive reviews on here. I’d never recommend this place to anyone ever. I will be filing formal complaints against them with The Bricks coperate office.

Employees are just telling you things you want to hear to make a sale, the managers take 0 accountability for anything and do not do their jobs. I’d suggest Leon’s or tempermans over the Brick 100%. Delivery service is trash as they aren’t even close to the estimated time of delivery. Highly highly suggest looking somewhere else before relying on buying from here. The “Owner” only engages in the positive reviews rather than figure out why people are unhappy with their business, it’s laughable. I’ll never go back and will suggest to others they do the same.

We order a sectional loveseat back in October to be delivered first week of December. When we called asking when the delivery was coming, they said that only one side came in. You had 2 months to get this here. Then they finally got the piece in and arranged for delivery today, Our 20 year old daughter was home when the delivery came and when they brought it in she said to put in the room. Apparently the delivery team took that as we were going to unwrap the furniture and assemble it. Which is their job. When we called customer service they contacted the delivery team and they blamed my daughter saying that she told them to leave it. Then we told the customer service representative that we want them back to finish their job of unwrapping, setting it up and removing the waste. We were told well they are very far away. Well they wouldn’t have been had they done their job in the first place. Apparently they are on their way back. I will definitely be thinking twice about buying anything from the Brick again.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
