We came to the store early this morning and Jonah attended to us very attentively, showing us all the options and guiding us to what we were looking for. We left the store to see other options but we already knew we would return because of the excellent deal he offered us and the kindness with which he assisted us. We went back, bought the sofa and took out the 5-year insurance because he showed us how advantageous it was. We are very happy with our choice.

Very efficient, clean and tidy delivery service. The delivery workers were polite and friendly and they did an excellent job of getting everything (sofa, love seat, chair and tv) in the house and set up. The packaging was all taken away so there was no mess left behind. Excellent service!

Delivery people were great. I appreciate the new tracking feature that was very timely. It did not require me to sit around for 3 hours waiting for the delivery. I ordered a new washing machine and paid extra for threaded hoses. They were to install the new washing machine and remove the old one. Upon arrival the delivery people said they could not remove the old hoses for liability reasons ( water lines could break). I completely understand this but I think this should have been clearly stated prior to delivery as I did not bring any tools to remove the hoses. I paid extra for new threaded hoses and for installation which I assume would include balancing if required but ended up having to do this myself

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
