    I bought a $2000 snow blower in Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago, used twice). Already parts broken and malfunctioning. Wheels will not engage consistently, transmission problem. Junk! I went to store to return it, customer service manager says policy is once you open box not return, no refund, no exchange...your problem. He said I need to (rent a truck) to drive it to a repair depot across town. When I said the store should take some responsibility (why should I pay to rent a truck to take a new snowblower for repairs) he started raising his voice saying this is between me and the repair depot. "Store is not involved". And this rude individual is the customer service "manager"! And Rona refused to publish my product review. (No wonder product as 0 reviews - they don't publish negative reviews)

    I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this RONA location. This is the second time I’ve visited, and both times I received some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff look annoyed, give attitude. If someone doesn’t want to work in customer service, they shouldn’t take a job that requires helping customers. There were several employees just standing around, laughing, and ignoring people who clearly needed assistance. And when you finally ask for help, it feels like you’re bothering them or begging them to do their job. It’s completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. Home Depot is 1000 times better in every way. Take my ADVICE.

    I’m honestly only leaving this review because of one of many exceptional employees at Rona North but I’m mentioning one in specific. Dalton (Jeff) is quite literally the most helpful, knowledgeable, understanding employee here. When he is not working it’s literal chaos! I went once when he wasn’t scheduled and I swore I would never return unless he’s scheduled…only problem is, I don’t actually know his schedule. He helped us select the best possible flooring for a home we were flipping. His taste and selection was so good that someone viewing our work later on went back to Rona north looking for Dalton and his assistance. He’s not just a pro at the flooring, you can ask him just about anything and he will be able to help. He even goes that extra step to lift heavy items and load our cart! Every hardware store needs a bunch of Daltons. Thanks for making our projects easier Dalton. Below are pictures of two bathrooms that Dalton selected the tiles for. There’s a before picture and two afters!
