I’ve been to the RONA on Harvest St in Lindsay, and it’s a convenient place when you need hardware, tools, or basic renovation supplies without driving far. Parking is easy right in front of the store, so quick drop-in visits are simple. Inside, the aisles are organized logically and it’s not overwhelming — paint, hardware, plumbing basics, and seasonal items are easy to locate. Staff here have been friendly and willing to help when I needed assistance or couldn’t find a specific item. Prices are similar to other home improvement stores, and you can catch some good deals by checking flyers. Checkout is usually smooth, especially on weekday mornings or afternoons.

Popped into Rona for the first time and the staff were ready to help with everything I needed
The girl at the back with blonde bangs got the small shelf items as the other young girl with brown hair helped get my order both were friendly and helpful
The cashier was polite and friendly

I have to say the customer service, helpfulness of the staff and delivery of product has been top notch.
I’m beyond impressed. Bill in customer service was super helpful and informative. Customer service team very customer focussed and had my questions answered over the phone within a minute. Delivery 🚚- Norm was outstanding. Quality service- delivered on time and extremely reliable and knowledgeable and experienced. We deal with a lot of the different home improvement chains and honestly- The Rona in Lindsay surpassed my expectations and the “other” building supply stores. Thank you for always making our experience a positive one.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
