I needed to purchase a new stove right away. I decided to choose The Brick, I checked online and saw what I wanted. Mansi (my associate) was so helpful, kind, sweet, funny and polite. She took the time to help me find the exact stove that I needed. The manager was so kind, funny and informative about the stove. The stove arrived, the delivery men were careful, installed it, and hauled the old stove away.
I am extremely pleased with my experience, thank you so much for helping me, Mansi 😊 I will definitely be returning to purchase more items soon.

I visited The Brick on March 14, 2026 with my husband, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience.
Within moments of walking in, we were approached by a sales associate—which is fine—but after we clearly stated that we were “just looking,” she continued to follow us through multiple departments. What should have been a relaxed browsing experience quickly turned into feeling pressured and, frankly, watched.
We actually found a dining set we really liked and were prepared to consider purchasing it, but the constant hovering made us so uncomfortable that we decided not to spend any money there at all.
There’s a difference between being helpful and being overly aggressive. When customers say they’re just browsing, that should be respected. Instead, the experience felt intrusive and left us wondering if we were being treated like potential buyers—or potential shoplifters.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, we won’t be returning.

Would never recommend or deal with the Brick ever again. They are too rigid on their refund policies when their customers aren’t happy. I wanted a firm mattress for my son. When I tested out mattresses at the store, the sales associate assured me that the mattress was firm even though I thought it was on the soft side, she said it was “worked in” because it was a store model. When it was delivered, I didn’t open it right away as we didn’t have a bed frame. When I finally did, it was just as soft, if not softer, than the floor model which was not what I wanted. It was labelled a firm mattress. I called to explain and the manager of the store said their refund policy is 7 days and they would not return the mattress. Only give me another one in exchange but I’d have to pay more. I found a way better quality mattress on Amazon for less price, no delivery and a way better return policy. Unfortunately I am stuck with this mattress. The Brick is awful to deal with and I will not be back. They’re mattresses are cheap and they do not care about their customer experience.
UPDATE: I reached out to the email as requested and got NO response. It’s been 2 weeks. Very disappointing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Wide selection of brands to choose from and test before purchase. Salesman knowledgeable. Price was very competitive with other retailers. Free delivery special on day of purchase. Set up agreeable delivery day a few days after item was in stock. Emailed delivery estimate web link on day-of that was within an acceptable window frame. Site kept it up-to-date throughout the morning with where you stood relative to other deliveries on the truck that day. Delivery men were friendly and very efficient with moving item to and placing at requested location in the house

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
