    Very impressed with customer service efficiency politeness and and complete attention to our needs and knowledge and expertise of what The Brick can offer. Jag served us. For sure, I will be going to this store for future purchases of headboard appliances and electronics soon as the prices are very good

    My husband and I were into and had a very positive experience. We didn't feel pressured by staff as we were able to walk around without staff pressuring us. We initially engaged with Solo, a salesman, when we tried the massage chairs even though we weren't there for that. Solo was great when we got to looking at the top loading washers and dryers. He was able to answer our inquiries. And when we needed more time for us to look on our phones about the two different sets we were interested, he left us alone and would check in on us periodically if we had any other questions. We finally made our decision and Solo who was patient with us took care of tht transactions and details. If we need anything else, we'd go with Solo again.

    I purchased a Frigidaire electric range on Boxing Day, Dec 26, 2025 from Jag. The range just got delivered this morning around 8:30am. The door for the oven and the bottom drawer are misaligned and sticks out. We have not even plugged in the range and noticed these problems. I called The Brick 3x and the first was an Indian girl who hung up on us. The second time, they said they will get back to us. The third time we spoke to the sales person who sold us the appliance and he told us to take a screwdriver and fix the hinges ourselves. We spent almost $1800 on a range which we have not even touched and we are expected to sit here and become technicians ourselves. According to the Brick policy, which we were told at time of purchase, we have 48 hours to contact customer service of BRICK for any issues. But the sales people told us to contact the manufacturer, so they can use the warranty we purchased for an additional price, on an oven that sat in our house for 1 hour, unplugged. When purchasing, we were very pleased with the customer service; not expecting such horrible service and a scam of a product at delivery. This is very disappointing from Brick and I will never be able to trust them again. See pictures for reference; I have not even taken the tapes off to see, because I’m afraid they will fall out.

    Vinny was absolutely amazing 🥰♥️ I popped in to buy a bed box last minute before store closing and ended up coming out with a mattress and a pillow too :) He was incredible, realised my urgency and very quickly and efficiently got me what I wanted and also gave me a great deal on everything. My daughter is a happy camper and in turn, so am I. Ty Vinny at the brick, I appreciate you and highly recommend this store and him ♥️

    Kaylin customer service I can't thank u enough for listening and understanding of tremendous and devastating loss of Bedroom outfit. Thank u for correcting my mistake. Even after the 3rd call. U went beyond your job and I hope The Brick knows your dedication of Customer Service is amazing.
