Except for the fact, they were extremely late delivering the boxspring and mattress for an 82 year-old lady the two delivery fellows were excellent very attentive very kind and clearly they had had an extremely long day Even though it was a lot of confusion when they arrived, she just had a fall. We were able to get her into bed and I’ll talk away for a good nights sleep on a new mattress.

To be honest if I could put a zero Stars I would they do not deserve even one we have bought a dining room set at The Brick we got the warranty everything our chair start to break down then we come in we tell them okay the chairs are broken we brought one of the chair so that they could see and oh we can repair it will send a repairman this is in September okay he comes in according to them he orders the parts in September 26th they said it would be about 7 days we are now in November 20th every time we called about when we're going to get our chairs fixed they always say oh by next week they should be here we're going to put a rush order this is unacceptable they have not giving us anything at all except for headaches so honestly if I were anyone I would save my money and my and a headache because you're wasting money at the brick they will not do anything they do not help it's frustrating I am so very frustrated with the brick it's been a long time now with no dining chairs we have kids we can't have them eating on the couches all the time it's ridiculous we've asked to exchange the item all we can do that but you can't fix them either so like what what are you doing

The 3 gentlemen that brought the mattress and box spring were very pleasant and efficient. They took off their shoes before I told them not to bother. When I mentioned the bed was way too high off the floor, one fellow suggested I get a lower box spring. My bed measures 36 inches off the floor. That is way too high for me. I appreciated his suggestion as I was very upset.

I needed something in stock with quick delivery date. Only 5 days from order to delivery. It went on sale 2 days after I ordered. When I called, they quickly agreed to price match, no issues at all. Delivery was fabulous! Being able to track meant I knew exactly when they were coming. The delivery guys were awesome! My driveway was just paved, so they had to carry it over a large front yard and down the stairs. They didn’t grumble or complain at all. They were very careful with the walls going down the stairs and one even verbalized about being extra careful because the couch was white. They set it up, gathered up all the garbage and took it with them. Five stars all around. Thank you!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
