I purchased a dining table set (table, chairs, and bench) from The Brick at the end of December. The items arrived damaged, with visible scratches on both the metal table legs and the wooden bench.
I reported this immediately. After more than two months of waiting, I still don’t have a proper resolution. The store keeps delaying and providing vague answers. As of March 13, I was told the replacement table legs haven’t even been shipped yet.
Even worse, they refused to replace the damaged bench, claiming that scratches on wood are not covered—even though the damage was there at delivery and I purchased warranty coverage. Their “solution”? A 40% refund, expecting me to keep a defective product.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be stuck with damaged furniture due to the company’s mistake.
The lack of accountability, extremely slow handling, and poor customer service have made this one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from this store.

Sent my order with missing parts. Bed frame is unusable until these parts are sent to me. Lead time for a technician is 1 week and it will take additional time to secure the product from the warehouse. Not looking forward to sleeping on the floor and very disappointed with my experience here.

The delivery guys are the absolute best! I wish I caught their names! But the one that knocked on my door first, has delivered to me a couple of times and he is the nicest person!!! I just had a brand new front door installed not long ago, and these guys were so careful and went out of their way to make sure they did not scratch it! Sales agent was super friendly and super quick when we were in a rush. Delivery date got messed up, but the guys today made me forget about that!

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The product quality is extremely disappointing, and the customer service is even worse. Instead of helping customers, they make the process exhausting, stressful, and unnecessarily complicated.
If there were a rating lower than 1 star, they would not even deserve zero.
Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the endless back-and-forth. You deserve better quality, better service, and a company that actually stands behind what they sell.
Think twice before choosing Midea and buying from The Brick. There are far better brands out there that truly value their customers.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
