    Great friendly place to shop. Karen is absolutely a helpful hand! Went in & couldn't find what we were looking for, but Karen came around the corner & she asked us right away if we needed help. She was just about to go on her lunch break but she took the time to help me! Thank u so much Karen for all ur help.

    This Review Is Indirectly Related To Product Bought Through RONA Greenworks Lawnmower Self Propelled 1st Do Not Dispose The Original Packaging For 30 Days Return Period Without Packaging Item Is Not Returnable 2nd Bought 80V Mover On 4th Use It Died 2 Months Down The Road Not Returnable Warranty Issued Work Order Have To Take To Repair Shop Assigned Took 2 Weeks To Diagnose Prepare Paper Works Send To Supplier 2 Weeks Nothing Waiting For NOTHING Called The Co Phone Line Then Only The Parts Was Sent Out Now Waiting For To Get The Unit Repaired & Back ??? Should Take Into Account While Buying

    Juan in flooring was amazing. He actually took my call about a purchase....then remembered my phone call when I saw him the next day. He was on lunch today when I just missed him, so I played a game to pass the time and he found me! We agreed on a better match for waterproof flooring and he packed me up on my way. Thank you Juan, your patience and sense of humor were wonderful.

    I waited a while before deciding to post a review on this store. Having just moved to this neighborhood, I was really looking forward to having a hardware store close to me. Unfortunately, it has been consistently a bad experience. I'm in the middle of renovating an entire house from floor to ceiling and have gone in there with the intent to buy flooring, appliances, cabinetry, tools, and tons of materials. Being a contractor, I typically done all my purchasing at Home Depot in the past, but Rona was so close to my new house I thought I would give it a shot. But we found was that we were pretty much on our own. The entire back half of the store had zero employees almost every single time we came. We would walk around in the bathroom section, kitchen section, cabinetry section, flooring section, tile section, and find absolutely nobody. Every one of their help desks was empty. This was on various times of the week, various times of day etc. All we wanted was somebody to ask questions but received no help. Other times we managed to find an associate, only to be disappointed that they didn't have any answers. In fact, two employees were asked a basic question about how long I had to return something, and neither could answer the question. I ended up answering my own question because it was written on a giant sign directly behind them. In addition to that, finding anything at the store was like pulling teeth. I was looking for brad nails which you would think would be in the nail section but nope, they're in the compressor section because that makes sense. Then I was in the drywall section looking for a drywall pole sander, and I found the sandpaper for it, but not the actual sander. That was in the paint section. Of course. Why would it be in the drywall section when it's a drywall sander? Then I ordered over $3,000 worth of materials from Rona online expecting that it would come from this store since this store is right around the corner from us, but nope, they sent the order to Hamilton who then notified me that it would be at least 10 days to get it, despite everything being in stock two blocks from me. In the end, we have spent about $6,000 here in the past month, but I feel like this will be the last time. The store is grossly understaffed, the few staff they have are very undertrained, the store is so confusing they should really fire their merchandiser, and at this point I'm about to take over $50,000 worth of purchases over to Home Depot. Please do better
